Jack went out of his way to find a car that would suit my needs considering some difficult issues. He was so helpful with educating me and setting up the charging accounts on my phone, as it is an electric v needs considering some difficult issues. His customer service was exceptional and showed sincere concern with an issue that I was having and resolved it with kindness and patience. The entire staff is both professional, knowledgeable and just create a very positive atmosphere. I searched nationwide for a specific type of vehicle and found one at Oakes Kia. I expected a “gotcha” experience and my defenses were up. I genuinely dislike buying vehicles. However, Carlos and Fabian mad found one at Oakes Kia. I expected a “gotcha” experience and my defenses were up. I genuinely dislike buying vehicles.
