Purchased a car here along with warranty and service contract. Car unfortunately got totaled a month later. Took numerous calls to get a human in Finance to answer them agree to refunds on both. One month later and 2 dozen calls later I can only get people in Sales to answer the phone and no one returns my inquiries about my refunds. Can't pay off the car in order to buy another one but certainly won't be going back to Oakes Kia Northland. More

Tim was incredible. He opened the car trunk to hood and took us on a tour of the entire thing. The process was an exhausting waste of time in my opinion because we had everything worked out and I came in with a pre-approval but the finance managers were more interested in joking with each other and tossing about inappropriate profanity to be bothered to do their jobs. But Tim was excellent. Amazing salesman. Too bad the finance team here is a complete joke. More
