The salesroom was very loud and chaotic the day we were there. It was difficult to hear Taylor over the background noise. Everything felt a bit rushed, but on the other hand, it took longer than expected t there. It was difficult to hear Taylor over the background noise. The finance person pushed the maintenance contract more than we liked. I was dismayed that another Kia dealer was advertising 0% APR financing on the Sportage a week after we purchased our car from Oakes. Taylor did a great job under the circumstances. We will recommend him to our friends. I feel like we could have gotten a better deal from another dealer. More
