The salesroom was very loud and chaotic the day we were there. It was difficult to hear Taylor over the background noise. The finance person pushed the maintenance contract more than we liked. I was dismayed that another Kia dealer was advertising 0% APR financing on the Sportage a week after we purchased our car from Oakes. Taylor did a great job under the circumstances. We will recommend him to our friends. I feel like we could have gotten a better deal from another dealer. More
