Ryan Grable and Chris Tsakonas treated me with the upmost respect and kindness. Ryan & Chris took very good care of me and I am so grateful and appreciative. I had been trying to purchase a vehicle for 2 years and have been turned away or treated like I had the plague due to having a bankruptcy. Once I told Ryan my situation, he assured me from the very beginning he would help me find a solution. Once I finally made it into the dealership, Ryan was with another customer and didn't want me to wait so he introduced me to Chris. Chris was a big help in helping me finally make the decision to say yes. I had doubts and concerns, but Ryan & Chris teamed up to keep commination open with me and to make sure I was fully taken care of and all my questions answered. I thoroughly enjoyed my time and experience with Ryan & Chris. They are both such down to earth, awesome friendly young men who's customer service skills should be commended. Then, I was introduced to Peter Sargent who worked miracles in the financing department. I am so grateful in all the hard work put into making my vehicle purchase such a success. Satisfying Becker was fantastic to work with. He was persistent, knowledgeable, and he made sure my needs were 100% met in the end. The only part of the process Becker was fantastic to work with. The only part of the process I was not pleased with was my observation of several upper management personnel and how they treated sales employees. I personally witnessed multiple instances where they were unprofessional and the way they spoke to several members of the sales team was in a degrading manner. If it wasn't for Becker and his effort to get me in a new vehicle that was in my budget, I would not have made a purchase. More

Spot Delivery Scam Artists!!! I negotiated an out the door price for a new car over the phone and through the internet with O'Neill Honda. I traveled from out of town and applied I negotiated an out the door price for a new car over the phone and through the internet with O'Neill Honda. I traveled from out of town and applied for Honda Financial services financing at the dealership. I was told I was approved for financing at 1.9% and I purchased and took delivery of the car with a standard retail installment contract. Over the following two weeks the finance department and general manager Todd Long called me several times claiming that Honda would not do the deal at 1.9% and demanded that I return to the dealership to resign an agreement at 4.9% or return the car. General manager Todd Long claimed I had signed a “spot delivery” agreement. “What we do here at the dealership are spot deliveries”, he said. But the retail installment contract is binding on the dealership and they repeatedly lied saying that the contract was not binding. This was followed up by a threat to report the car to the Overland Park police department as stolen! This is called a spot delivery scam, described here http://www.edmunds.com/car-loan/dont-fall-prey-to-spot-delivery-scams-and-yo-yo-financing.html O’neill Honda also misappropriated a large car payment made at the dealership to satisfy my old Honda finance loan. It took a complaint filed with the Kansas Attorney General’s office and the Kansas Department of Revenue (licenses dealers) to get the dealership to sell my loan to Honda and return my stolen car loan payment. This is an outrageously dishonest dealership that tried to defraud me with a spot delivery scam. I am suing them for violating the Kansas Consumer Protection Act. I was lured in and encouraged by their positive online reviews. Don’t fall prey to this dishonest dealership. More

We went to the dealership that evening, met Bob Carey (salesman), found the car we were looking for, and with Bob's tremendous help we wasted no time striking a deal, which is often hard to do during the usually dreadful car buying experience. Our experience was anything but dreadful. Bob made the process entertaining, but was diligent and efficient. Couldn't be happier with the purchase. Would definitely recommend O'Neill Honda. More
