It was my g When I went to O'Neill Honda to look at a newer Honda Fit, I didn't know what to expect. It had been over 11 years since I'd bought a car. It was my great fortune to meet salesperson, Dario Vera and I'm glad I did. He was sensitive to my needs as an older and somewhat old-fashioned driver. During the test drive, he helped me gain confidence with the newer features, like the rear-view camera (it's so helpful to have that view!). I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car! More

Multiple Trips/They Did Not Want My Business. It was time to turn in my lease and I told the dealership I would like to buy my car instead of lease if a new one. They had me make 4 trips in total It was time to turn in my lease and I told the dealership I would like to buy my car instead of lease if a new one. They had me make 4 trips in total over the course of 4 days and on the final trip my paperwork was still not ready. There was no transparency for the process. No attention to detail. No respect of my time. And more importantly no apology until I told them I was on my way to take my business elsewhere. I would not recommend this dealership, especially when there are so many other Honda dealerships in the KC area. More
