Purchased a pre-owned car Bob Carey was amazing. I told him where I needed to be and he and Lee (pre-owned sales manager) made it happen for the car I wanted and quickly. Bob Carey was amazing. I told him where I needed to be and he and Lee (pre-owned sales manager) made it happen for the car I wanted and quickly. They also ordered a new key fob for me (the original one still worked but the buttons were missing) and got me floor mats to keep my new car looking good! Bob has checked in on me regarding the key fob and got the appointment set. I initially had an engine light come on within the first 48 hours of having the car. I of course was upset and not the best customer when calling the sales and service departments, however between Dave (Service Manager who got the brunt of my outburst), Bob and Lee, they got me in immediately, and got my issue fixed. These guys went above and beyond and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality, well priced, pre-owned vehicle with excellent customer service. More
