Unexpected major repair for my Ford F250 Super Duty Diesel During our visit to Hilton Head Island, our F250 lost the high pressure oil pump causing engine to shut down and leaving us stranded on the highway. Great service & friendly employees !!! After an overnight trip from Pittsburgh, Pa. to the Hilton Head area my 2007 Town Car was covered with bugs. Since I was not familiar with the area I After an overnight trip from Pittsburgh, Pa. to the Hilton Head area my 2007 Town Car was covered with bugs. Since I was not familiar with the area I had no idea where to get my car washed I saw the Ford sign and thought they might direct me to a "good" local car wash. I stopped in the service area and talked to two young ladies (Jessica & Mallory) behind a service desk, and asked them about a local car wash. They said to hold on a second and one girl walked into another room and returned with another young lady (Terri) who said she was a service manager. I told Terri my problem and she said they would take care of getting my car washed. One of the other girls, Jessica or Mallory, took my car and said she would wash it herself in the dealership wash area. When she returned a short while later, she had a small spray can and a cloth, which she used to remove the more stubborn bugs. When she was finished the car very clean and shiny. I asked how much this was going to cost me and she said nothing !!! I feel the three young ladies went out of their way to help me and they deserve a big raise !!!! More
