Great and easy experience I contacted Chip Pellerin to tell him that I was looking for a new truck. He asked enough questions to know what I wanted. Knowing that I was concerned about bed length and turning radius, Chip found two specific Certified used trucks for me to test drive - one of each length and both fit my description. I left Houston for vacation and planned to visit Chip one morning to select a truck. Upon arrival, both trucks were beside the building and Chip was waiting for me. We drove both, parked and backed both. I selected one and Chip wrote it up. He had already priced my trade-in before I left home so the financing was a breeze. Chip then handled the Texas registration and transfer of insurance from my old truck to the new one. Easily the fastest, most efficient and most comprehensive vehicle purchase I have ever experienced. More

I called JC FORD in Savannah, who I took the car to last time, and they were not able to help me. I desperately needed the car to be working on Monday for an important meeting I could not miss with work and general transportation for my son to and from school. I called O.C. Welch after JC FORD could not help me and spoke first to Cindy. She was not only professional and respectful, I sincerely felt like she heard my concerns and would do what was necessary to keep my car running correctly. I was able to walk right in and deal directly with Cindy. She took time with me to help me feel like my concerns were valid and she quickly and efficiently dealt with my car. I could tell by looking at her work space that this is a professional that is organized, efficient, and rare. Anyone would be lucky to have her as part of their team and representing their company. She introduced me to Chris Williamson who took time with me to go over my warranty. He quickly and efficiently went over my options including possibly purchasing a new vehicle. He immediately gave me options that I could work with. I was impressed with how quickly he found the information, how professional he was to work with, and I equally thought anyone would be lucky to have them on their team. He represented the company in a very positive way and really made me feel welcome to ask any question I needed. The experience today has made me decide that despite the 30 min drive I'll need to make there, I would rather return to O.C. Welch than go back to J.C in Savannah. So, for my future purchasing and servicing needs, I'll visit O.C. This decision is entirely because of the service I was provided today. I saw a clear difference in the service provided today from what I experienced at JC FORD. Please make sure your employees know how much they are valued and how they made a difference for me today. Now, I have my car back, I am not stranded anymore, they took the time to hear my concern and got me in right away. I also know what my options are in terms of my future warranty or possibly purchasing a new car. They worked with me efficiently and got me all the information I needed to know and on a Saturday afternoon before a holiday! Thank you to your dealership and to your employees!! Recall for replacement of electronic throttle body. I arrived at the dealership about 45 minutes before my scheduled appointment. The service advisor, ( Nancy Andrews ), got me in very quickly.
