Reached out to the General Manager Thur. afternoon Feb 29th by calling the number he posted here and at his request. Reached his assistant who told me that he does not answer the phone. Left my number, as requested and have heard nothing. My truck was delivered to me this morning at about 11 a.m. I am rural, so it was an absolute delight to be told by my salesman who delivered it that the low fuel warning light is on as "he could not find a chevron to fill up and that is the only card he had." I took a picture of the empty gas tank with the low fuel light on. Between Austin and my home are probably 100 gas stations. Can only assume that was done on purpose because I left a somewhat negative review. Drove into town with a 5 gallon gas can just so I could drive my new truck back into town to get gas. Posting a reply here that they want to make it right is just for review appearances as they have proven they have no interest in after the sales support and to deliver a car empty of fuel is shameful.

I responded privately to Mr Villafane to try and give them chance to address this. I have called and text Mr Villafane at the dealership multiple times for a week and have had NO response. This is why customer service is no longer a priority and so buyer beware.
