Horrible service and my car is still not fixed after 3 visits. The lift gate would not close and the battery died. Service transmission light was on as well. They told us they replace both batteries and f visits. The lift gate would not close and the battery died. Service transmission light was on as well. They told us they replace both batteries and fixed the problem. Got the car home and the lift gate still would not close and battery died over night again. Service transmission light was back on as well. After the second drop off we went to pick up the car and tested the lift gate before leaving the service center. IT WOULD NOT CLOSE! They kept the car for another week and said it was fixed. The lift gate was finally fixed when we picked up the last time but we didn't even make it home before the service transmission light came on again. We have now been waiting a week for someone to call us back to take the vehicle in AGAIN. I called myself and asked for a supervisor. Of course no one could find one and I'm being told that the transmission guy (guess they only have one) is out for 2 weeks. Also can't get a loaner for at least a month cause they are booked up. Horrible service and the reps don't seem to care either. Do NOT go here if your vehicle needs service and you actually want something done. More
Nyle is a pile! !! I have my vehicle in $6000 worth of Cam lifters, injectors, Gaskets, fluids, etc. Whomever worked on my vehicle broke the Fan housing and try to re !! I have my vehicle in $6000 worth of Cam lifters, injectors, Gaskets, fluids, etc. Whomever worked on my vehicle broke the Fan housing and try to repair it with some type of resin. When I brought this to the service managers attention, he looked at me and told me that my vehicle has 250,000 miles on it to say that I didn’t break it. I Informed him I was a customer And yet this dealership still failed me! To make matters worse after driving my vehicle 50 miles it is leaking oil everywhere and it’s now inoperable. I conduct the business from this vehicle and have suffered loss wages, and this dealership has still denied fault nor address my concerns to repair my vehicle properly or honor their warranty, which is unlimited miles two years!! Save your hard earned money and consider shopping elsewhere! If allowed, I will post timestamps of payment receipts, as well as timestamps of the photos that my vehicle leaked all over my customers driveway Shortly after driving 50 miles..🤯 More
I bought my car in Austin but was having it serviced at Nyle Maxwell SuperCenter because they were closer, but I won't be making that mistake again! Less than two weeks ago, I was having electrical issues that needed repair. While they had it, they were NEVER able to provide me a loaner. I was able to overlook it since I was able to borrow my brother's car, but they should have had a car for me per my warranty. Anyway, fast forward to less than two weeks later and the same electrical issue is happening again. What they claimed they fixed by performing an update didn't actually fix the issue! So I, again, had my car towed to them and told them I NEEDED a loaner this time. A service agent called me and said they'd have a loaner ready to me by noon IF I completed the survey they sent from the last service. I thought it was weird that my loaner was contingent on this, but I needed a vehicle so I played along. But I wasn't going to lie... I gave an honest review that wasn't 100% in their favor and this is the response I got: "The survey was filled out with 9's and some no's......ended up being a score of 757/1000 for us. I spoke with my GM and he said we will still get you a three-row vehicle, but we won't have one by noon. We might have one later today, possibly tomorrow. -- Erik Jorgensen" I can't believe they bribe customers for reviews. It's sad and pathetic and completely childish! More

Went from a perfect 10 in sales, to a 1 in after the sale support! Purchased a used truck that was already scheduled to have a large scrape on the hood fixed by this dealership. Was told it was scheduled for Monday and would be delivered. Drove down on 02/23 (a Friday) and closed the deal having a great experience with both the management, sales person and finanance. It is now 02/29 and no truck. Could of been a mis-understanding but since emails are not returned I don't know. More
