I was getting ready to purchase a new Jeep Gladiator through this dealership. They utilize a third party vendor to process registrations. Warren Bolden helped me order a car and gave me excellent service. The dealership matched discounts from other dealers and were very honest about when the car would come in. I went to 4 dealers in total, one said zero discounts, ha, I walked away laughing, the other in Dallas said we don't let people test drive our performance cars even if your going to buy it that day, and the third said ordering the type of car I am buying might take months because they are allocated to dealers so just because you order it does not mean you will get it, it could be 4 months, again I left laughing. None of that mattered once I got to Nyle Maxwell and spoke to Warren and their team. They ordered the car and it came in ahead of the timeframe they gave me, around 5 weeks even during Covid. They kept to the pricing we discussed, applied the rebate and when I arrived to complete the transaction Warren immediately handed me the keys and said take it out for a test drive, before we did the paperwork. There was no goofing around with financing or add ons, all team members were open and honest, I loved the Experince and am 100% satisfied! I highly recommend these folks for your next car. More
I went in to get a appraisal on my car that was valued at 13k through Kelly blue book because I wanted to upgrade to a new car. When I went to buy a 2021 Ram 1500 limited I was told I qualified for 84mo 0% APR. My sales person lied. No one gave a xxxx, they got their sale. I got the better bakflip MX4 for $950 on Amazon I installed it in 30 min. If you use these guys go in knowing the price you are willing to pay and stick to your guns. I hope their service dept is better. Steering wheel is creaking after 3 weeks. More

I was greeted by Melody, she was very happy and got our salesman quickly. Alan the salesman was thoughtful, very professional, and most importantly he was knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions, did not mind going on a few test rides. He got our payment and sales price exactly as discussed. The finance manager got us in and out quickly. He did sell us a warranty and explained the necessity. Overall we walked away with our Dodge Quad Cab very happy and for the fist time in all the cars I have bought, this is hands down the best overall car buying, and trading in experience. If I decide to buy another vehicle, it will be at Nyle Maxwell. More
Would only recommend if you’re trying to have a bad time. Positive: Bob in finance is great. Worked with me on financing, was professional and helpful. Negative: purchased a used vehicle that had two issues with it (tire sensor issue and a visibility issue with the rear window). When signing paperwork, the two issues were not documented. However, my salesman ASSURED me these items would be fixed by the dealership when I brought it back for service the following day. When I brought it back for the service appointment, I was informed they would not be able to fix the rear window issue and I would have to take it somewhere else (approx. $180-$210 out of pocket). I spoke to the sales manager, who informed me he had no idea of the agreement between myself and my salesman. He said he would correct this by sending me two “referral checks”, which would cover the majority, if not all, of the repair. I was told I should receive them within two weeks. The two weeks came and went: no checks. I called the dealership, spoke to the Accounting department: no record of my agreement with the Sales Manager. After another round of phone calls, I am now waiting for checks (again). I would not have purchased the vehicle if I had known these items couldn’t have been fixed. More
