I visited the. jeep location on 620.yesterday afternoon 2/1 and I already had my financing with UFCU. I looked at three cars yesterday making my final decision today. The only thing that needed to be do 2/1 and I already had my financing with UFCU. I looked at three cars yesterday making my final decision today. The only thing that needed to be done was to send over a PO to finalize the deal. I noticed when reviewing the amount that would be sent to my credit union the number increased by $2k. When pointing it out I was be told that they would only honor yesterday’s deal on the highest price car as incentives changed today. Since I am not choosing the highest price car they would have to reduce my trade in. The thing to note is they didn’t reduce the trade They reduced my discount in hopes I wouldn’t catch it. Then When I pointed it out what I believed to be an error to them and that the website was still showing the discount they said it just hadn’t been updated. Then later they added to their story that the system was down. I then call and spoke to Chris the director of sales who is leading that team and fully understand the poor decision making process that is being used . He was as rude and disrespectful as they come. I was actually surprised that he was even a manger. I think he ended the call with me by saying and I quote “yes, bye, bye,bye”. As if he had accomplished something. I guess he had if losing the sale was his goal. If the deal changed try discussing that upfront not when the consumer catches you trying to roll in another $2k just a suggestion More
Terrible service. Scheduled an appointment days in advance. Drop it off, no a single call all day. Finally at 5:30pm (they close at 6) I call for an update. Guy who answers tell me Kim, my Service Manager is going to go check and call me back. 5:45pm I get a text message that the technician never got to it “they will get to it tomorrow.” I tell them to just bring it around and I’ll pick it up and take to a different dealer. Go pick it up and not even a word of apology or acknowledgment of poor service. Just “here are your keys.” More

I was getting ready to purchase a new Jeep Gladiator through this dealership. They utilize a third party vendor to process registrations. The vendor was charging a fee that I am not required to pay and through this dealership. They utilize a third party vendor to process registrations. Warren Bolden helped me order a car and gave me excellent service. The dealership matched discounts from other dealers and were very honest about when the car would come in. I went to 4 dealers in total, one said zero discounts, ha, I walked away laughing, the other in Dallas said we don't let people test drive our performance cars even if your going to buy it that day, and the third said ordering the type of car I am buying might take months because they are allocated to dealers so just because you order it does not mean you will get it, it could be 4 months, again I left laughing. None of that mattered once I got to Nyle Maxwell and spoke to Warren and their team. They ordered the car and it came in ahead of the timeframe they gave me, around 5 weeks even during Covid. They kept to the pricing we discussed, applied the rebate and when I arrived to complete the transaction Warren immediately handed me the keys and said take it out for a test drive, before we did the paperwork. There was no goofing around with financing or add ons, all team members were open and honest, I loved the Experince and am 100% satisfied! I highly recommend these folks for your next car. More
I went in to get a appraisal on my car that was valued at 13k through Kelly blue book because I wanted to upgrade to a new car. I was in for a rude awakening only to find out that they would only give me 6k 13k through Kelly blue book because I wanted to upgrade to a new car. Then I was told by the sales rep that they would take 1k off of the price to try to accommodate. My vehicle was is in near perfect condition. More
