Dealer is engaging in deceptive pricing practices. I was looking at a car eligible for the EV used tax credit. The car was originally listed for 12K, which was asking too much for the car. After 2 mon I was looking at a car eligible for the EV used tax credit. The car was originally listed for 12K, which was asking too much for the car. After 2 months, they lowered the asking price to $8,900 but when I went to purchase the car, they told me that this new price included the $4,000 EV tax credit. Not only does their math not add up, but they are not even knowledgeable enough to know what the actual EV credit would be on this car. Extremely deceptive pricing practices. Especially considering only a portion of applicants are eligible for the tax credit. Please stay far away from this dealership. I’d be ashamed to be the general manager behind these deceptive practices. More

Hands-down, the best car buying experience I have had in over a decade of buying and leasing cars. Straightforward, honest, no-frills and straight to the point, and also honored what I needed and what I was over a decade of buying and leasing cars. For the first time in buying a car, I actually felt respected and understood, as a business partner. I couldn’t be happier and really enjoyed working with them. I work from home so I spent the day at the dealership and they gave me an office to work from all day and worked out everything quietly and efficiently and I felt so respected, and they truly know how to sell cars. They know the business and they know the customer and it truly shows. I will definitely be bringing everybody I know all the way out to Norwood for this kind of experience going forward. More
