In general, care of me and my truck has been good at NuCar. This time, however, they forgot to do a requested service (oil change) in addition to the primary reason for service and were somewhat disorg NuCar. This time, however, they forgot to do a requested service (oil change) in addition to the primary reason for service and were somewhat disorganized when I came to pick up the car (the whole office had trouble finding my key and my paperwork). More problematicly, after driving about 20 miles the car dumped coolant because a hose was not clamped at service necessitating it being flatbedded back. It was addressed quickly and free of charge but was nonetheless very inconvenient - unable to do what I wanted the day I picked up the vehicle, about 2 hours to wait for the tow and get to NuCar and then had to go back to get it once the second service was done. I originally came into Nucar to begin the trade-in process on my current lease, and Adrian was very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful while finding me the car I wanted.
