NW Hyundai called me over and over and texted over and over. Begging me to come in and sell my car to them. So they let me know when the month ends the offer they gave me runs out. I rearrange my work schedule and go in on 10/31. Not easy for me by the way - that's a very busy day in my business, but it's the best offer and they've been super insistent so I figure they deserve the business and I go in. The first paper the lady sets down had half the number we agreed on. She plays like I'm mistaken until I show her my phone where she confirmed the offer with me personally. So then they need to check my mileage and all of the sudden decide that some front end damage (which was there for the first evaluation and did not change) was now a problem and they had to cut 10% off the offer. I got up and walked out. These folks very deliberatley sought me out and hounded me for my business just to do the classic car-dealer screw-you-over. I still can't fathom why someone would be so deliberate about wasting my time. Very rude, inconsiderate, and dishonest. FIND ANOTHER DEALERSHIP. More
Liars and full of xx. DO NOT waste your time. Veronica Munoz is so full of xxxx, her eyes are brown. Went to look at a Palisade and got there in 10 minutes and the car DO NOT waste your time. Veronica Munoz is so full of xxxx, her eyes are brown. Went to look at a Palisade and got there in 10 minutes and the car had been “SOLD” but yet it is still on the website a week later. She tried to sell me a Palisade with 89,000 miles on it and added a $3,000 paint protection charge. What a dumb b*xxx. I am way smarter than her stupid bullsh*t tactics. More
BEWARE, they cheat you once you get in to the finance office. Make sure the final number breakdown sheet is with you before you go in, and don't trust these guys. Check every number before you sign. They office. Make sure the final number breakdown sheet is with you before you go in, and don't trust these guys. Check every number before you sign. They will lie to your face and put something different in the sheet . There are 3 more dealers within 20-30 min drive, at least they would say no deal rather than give you a deal and cheat on the back end. Management is on this too. More
Worst car experience ever! I had an issue with the A/C that just gave up working after 18'000 miles on my 2021 Santa Fe! I went to NW Hyundai in February 2024 the first time. T I had an issue with the A/C that just gave up working after 18'000 miles on my 2021 Santa Fe! I went to NW Hyundai in February 2024 the first time. They fixed it, so I thought. The A/C stopped working another 3 times after that (!). 3 weeks lost waiting for my car. That's total incompetence right there. But the pearl of the year happened when I brought in my car again on July 1st for the same problem (A/C not working at all). They kept my car for exactly 1 MONTH before they could fix the problem!!! Unheard of! And to complete the worst customer service that I've ever seen in my life ! (I'm 63 and drove several times around the world in different cars). I was told that they DO NOT have loaners! I do not know if that's a lie, but one thing is for sure: Stay the xxxx away from this dealership where incompetence meets total disrespect for the customer! How am I supposed to get around in Houston if I need to leave my car for a whole month in the dealership for a repair that can be done in one day??? You tell me! Management reached out after I got my car back and wanted to know about my experience with them in an automated text message. I wrote to them that I was very unhappy with their service and asked them to contact me to talk about their performance. I gave them 3 weeks to answer. To this day, August 26th, I have not heard back from management of NW Hyundai. That tells you again about how much they appreciate you as a customer: NOT AT ALL!!! More

When we took our car there this morning to drop it off, we were told the department that does the diagnosis is “backed up” and we would have to leave the car for 5-7 days for them to look at it! Now, why could they not have called me anytime in the last week and told me that before we drive there today? They knew what we were going there for. Ridiculous. And this is the second time they have done something like this. We tried to drop off our car there about a year ago and similar circumstances occurred, so we left that time as well. Needless to say, this dealership does not value customer time and experience. More
I had an appointment this past Saturday, July 27, 2024, at 9:30 AM for a recall on my Santa Cruz. I sat in the waiting room for nearly three hours before they finally told me they couldn't complete the rec at 9:30 AM for a recall on my Santa Cruz. I sat in the waiting room for nearly three hours before they finally told me they couldn't complete the recall because they didn't have a technician available. I booked this appointment eight days in advance, expecting it to be handled efficiently. When I handed over my keys, they should have told me right away about the issue. Instead, they wasted my entire morning and left me sitting there for hours with no information. I'm beyond furious and incredibly disappointed with this complete lack of professionalism and respect for my time. More
I recently purchased a 2024 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy from Hyundai Northwest in Houston, Texas, and I wouldn't recommend buying a car here without thoroughly inspecting the car or in this case the paint. from Hyundai Northwest in Houston, Texas, and I wouldn't recommend buying a car here without thoroughly inspecting the car or in this case the paint. I went there in the late evening and picked up a brand new car with less than 20 miles on it. Wanting to keep it in great shape, I took it to a high-end detail spot for ceramic tint and ceramic coating. To my dismay, I discovered the entire car was scratched up from the "ceramic coating" applied by the dealership, thats included in the package they slap on when buying a new car. Just didn't expect them to do a poor job. When I showed them the car and the paint damage, they refused to make it right. Instead, they offered to have the same people who messed it up in the first place take another look at it. DO NOT PAY FOR THE PACKAGE, DO NOT GET THEM TO COAT YOUR CAR, and MAKE SURE TO INSPECT YOUR CAR FOR ANY PAINT DAMAGE BEFORE BUYING. Extremely disappointed with this experience. More
We read the reviews of this dealership and decided that we would still give it a try. They advertised a 2023 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid SEL, at the discounted price of $27,795. Perfect we thought. Our salesman we would still give it a try. They advertised a 2023 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid SEL, at the discounted price of $27,795. Perfect we thought. Our salesman looked up the car in the system, got the keys and away we went on a test drive. The car was beautiful and we were ready to make it happen. Then we were told that car was not available as it had been sold to the service department as a loaner car, however a 2024 would be sold to us with the same discount. Still okay, then comes the parwork with a number on it that is now $4,000. More. The Apex package that is $3,997.00 and cannot be removed. A total bait and switch scenario. How can the salesman not know that the car is not available for sale? The 2023 information is below and as of 6/15/24 is still advertised as available on the website. They are disorganized and it will only be to your detriment. We were trying to sell our Hyundai Accent and reached out to Northwest Hyundai to see if they were interested. We communicated the transmission, age, miles and defects with the vehicle over the phone to make sure they were fully aware before we tow to vehicle to them. They said that was okay and that they were still interested in the vehicle. On the day of our scheduled appointment, (Joshua) the sales representative we were communicating with was not present. We were assigned to someone else (Corey) and they told us that they were unaware of any communication about the vehicle and ultimately they were not interested due to the defects. This was unfortunate and extremely frustrating! Not because they did not want to buy the car, but because we spent time, effort, and MONEY to have the vehicle towed to them just to be told the opposite once we were there. We were extremely clear about all details of the vehicle so that no one’s time would be wasted. Unfortunately they were not so courteous. More
I had a very bad and frustrated experience there when I recently looked for a new car. I specifically told them to be honest and no game before I went to there. However, those guys are just liar and cheate recently looked for a new car. I specifically told them to be honest and no game before I went to there. However, those guys are just liar and cheaters, not trustworthy at all. Be warned and be prepared whatever they would say to you. They usually advertised a very attractive price(below MSVP on one specific vehicle), and wouldn't tell any detail, just push you to their dealership as usually. When you were there, then they would present you the much higher price than MSRP price with useless so-called 'protection plan' which adds over $3000). If you want the advertised price, they would tell you that's a special price(with lots of conditions) and most likely you wouldn't get it unless you agree the some very expensive addon options and very high rate financing, make you believe you got close to that price but actually you end of paying way more. I definitely would like to give it a negative score if possible. I will NEVER go back there and advice everyone else does the same. All it has just lies, tricks, traps and push to rip customer off. Bait and Switch strategy is their main tool to use, dishonest is another big problem from sales to managers. And they were extremely rude once they failed their sale strategy. I guaranty that you would NEVER get their special advertised price because it is full of various traps which would end of paying way more than others. STAY AWAY FROM THOSE CROOKS!!! More
