The next day I heard nothing so i called in and inquired once more about the truck only to be told by another person it had been sold the other day and the lady who contacted me initially was only a bdc agent and did not do anything other than send replies to online customers. Aaron the sales manager did offer to help me out by saying it if I wanted a new Elantra or car from their lot he would get crazy on the price since it was the end of the month and to make up for the miscommunication. A whole week went by with me calling leaving two voicemails and multiple texts to his personal number he gave me and I heard nothing from him. Today another manager calls who says he’s higher up than Aaron and wants to earn my business. He does get on top of things and quickly put together some numbers but nowhere near what Aaron initially said he could do. The offer was $3,000 less for my trade than what I was told and the new car being offered to me was almost $5,000 higher than what’s posted in their website it’s no wonder Aaron never replied to me. I feel the other reviews on here are spot on with them just trying to get you into the store then hitting you with hidden fees or possibly sneaking them in because there is no math that makes their deal make any sense. I regret not checking the reviews before purchasing my vehicle from this dealership. I bought a 2018 Jeep Compass in November 2024, and the experience has been frustrating from the start. Since the purcha vehicle from this dealership. I bought a 2018 Jeep Compass in November 2024, and the experience has been frustrating from the start. Since the purchase, the car has had more issues than I can count, requiring frequent visits to the repair shop. When I first acquired the car, I returned to the dealership with several questions, despite having already secured financing through my bank. However, the sales representative chose to run my credit through six different banks without my consent, later claiming he had forgotten about my initial instructions. To make matters worse, no one accompanied me to inspect the vehicle after the sale, and it was even dinged in the parking lot shortly after purchase. Each time I attempted to address these concerns, I was told that the manager was unavailable and was asked to return another day. My overall experience has been deeply unsatisfactory, and I feel that transparency and honesty were lacking throughout the process. I later discovered that I had paid $10,000 over the vehicle’s market value, which added to my frustration. After a year of ownership, the car continues to require extensive repairs that I cannot afford to keep up with. This has been a disappointing and costly experience, and I would strongly advise others to reconsider purchasing from this dealership. More
Purchased a used Ioniq 5. While the car is fantastic, I can't say the same about the dealer. The advertised price didn't include all the extra dealer add ons. Looking at While the car is fantastic, I can't say the same about the dealer. The advertised price didn't include all the extra dealer add ons. Looking at other reviews, this seems to be their practice. I was told by the Finance Manager that the vehicle would not retain the manufacturers warranty. He later said it would. That was after I said I would not buy the car if the manufacturer's warranty didn't apply. Lastly, it is an EV and nobody mentioned that it doesn't come with a charging cable, nor did they offer to sell one to me. More

I walked out very upset. Sales manager asked me what they can do to get my business and I simply said sell me the car for the advertised price. He said he would not honor the website price. More
My worst ever experience. I was scheduled to see Joshua at 5:00 PM to buy a used 2023 Elantra Hybrid which has only 35K miles advertised at CARFAX. The price was too good to be true comparing with other dealerships. After my arrival there was no Joshua neither that particular car, rather they tried to sell me other cars they other salesperson for a lot more. I travelled all the way from other side of town and they wasted my day.for nothing. Will never recommend to deal with this dealership. I finally bought car from Baytown Hyundai next day. These guys were way above and beyond my expectations. More
My recent visit to the dealership epitomized the sleaziness of the old snake-oil salesman. The experience was way beyond my worst imagination of a sleazy sales. I understand they are in the business to make money but there is no need to lie to get someone in your front door! Talk about leaving a bad taste, after my experience with Northwest Freeway Hyundai dealership, I have no desire to set foot into any auto dealership again. I really thought things had changed for the better over the years. Evidently not at Northwest Freeway Hyundai dealership. More
Needlessly wasted my time by lying. I had my car evaluated to have NW Hyundai buy it. I had this done at several dealerships and NW was slightly higher. Overall I wasn't sure I w I had my car evaluated to have NW Hyundai buy it. I had this done at several dealerships and NW was slightly higher. Overall I wasn't sure I wanted to sell it, so I waited. NW Hyundai called me over and over and texted over and over. Begging me to come in and sell my car to them. So they let me know when the month ends the offer they gave me runs out. I rearrange my work schedule and go in on 10/31. Not easy for me by the way - that's a very busy day in my business, but it's the best offer and they've been super insistent so I figure they deserve the business and I go in. The first paper the lady sets down had half the number we agreed on. She plays like I'm mistaken until I show her my phone where she confirmed the offer with me personally. So then they need to check my mileage and all of the sudden decide that some front end damage (which was there for the first evaluation and did not change) was now a problem and they had to cut 10% off the offer. I got up and walked out. These folks very deliberatley sought me out and hounded me for my business just to do the classic car-dealer screw-you-over. I still can't fathom why someone would be so deliberate about wasting my time. Very rude, inconsiderate, and dishonest. FIND ANOTHER DEALERSHIP. More
