This is the second car Ive bought with Northtowne Volkwagen. I believe it's the 7th VW Ive owned. Needless to say Ive caught a bit of the Fahrfegnugen over the years. It's not as if there's a shortage of dealerships from which to choose in KC. I chose Northtowne because I felt comfortable there. I loathe those high-pressure-sales car boot-camps with the lounge lizards lurking about that we've all been to. We didn't experience that with John. Actually, many salesman we were approached when we've come to meet with John have been pleasant as well. We will be back - hopefully for a CC if this year goes well. I came into Northrowne expecting to find people that were "too busy" to fit my needs and I expected to be put on someone's to do list. Trey stepped in and really surprised me.
