After visiting five different dealerships in one day, I ended up at Northtowne at 5:30 on a Saturday evening. Trey helped me find a 2007 VW Jetta Wolfsburg that captured my heart. This was my first time buying a car, so he was very helpful and understanding throughout the process. He stayed late to close the deal and I was able to drive it home that night. He even gave me a free Volkswagen t-shirt as a token. He also referred me to a window-tinting company down the street that gave me a discount for buying from Northtowne. Trey even offerred to pick me up and bring me back to the dealership while my window tint was applied. I have had 2 good experiences buying a car there. This time I was under a time restriction and Helen worked very hard to get everything done in a hurry for me. I was in and out in 2hrs. Didi was a joy to work. Not too overbearing and not the stereo typical "used car salesman". In fact we bought two automobiles from Didi. Didi was constantly checking to update me on the maintenance being done on the Golf and the status of the Touareg we ordered. The man is constantly on the phone from 0800-2100. He gave me his personal mobile number as well to contact him about anything and everything anytime. A true professional.
