Best Experience Ever After months of looking we picked up our new Mazda CX9 tonight. Dealership and Salesman definitely made this a hassle free purchase. Salesman, Warren, was the best and really what led us to buy. Dealership has the service and prices around - we drove nearly an hour to get to this dealership. Well worth it. More

Great experience I was not exactly looking forward to the car buying process, as a woman shopping alone. But my salesman and the rest of the team were patient, helpful I was not exactly looking forward to the car buying process, as a woman shopping alone. But my salesman and the rest of the team were patient, helpful, and super nice---the kind of people you would choose as friends. I ended up enjoying the process and am overjoyed with my new car. Oh, also, I won't mind waiting during service appointments because their bathrooms were spotless and the waiting areas are clean and spacious---a happy bonus. More
Exceptional employee & exceptional car We visited Northtowne Mazda on a holiday weekend to view & test drive the Mazda CR-V. We had test drove a competitive vehicle the day before and actu We visited Northtowne Mazda on a holiday weekend to view & test drive the Mazda CR-V. We had test drove a competitive vehicle the day before and actually planned to visit 4 cars makers in all to help us decide which brand we might be interested in. A light rain had started again as we began to look. Right away we were taken by the color Soul Red - a very attractive car. Paul Orvos showed us several different colors & styles of exteriors & interiors. This involved a few trips to the building to pick up keys. It was still raining. He was very friendly, patient & polite through the whole process. He was also very knowledgeable about the vehicles and the various colors & the accessories available. Never once did we feel he had anything but our best interests in mind. There was no feeling of pressure. Due to the quality of the car, the options & price, and the professionalism of Paul, we found ourselves leaving in a beautiful new car. More

Great Place, Great Experence, & Great People I had been looking to buy a new car for some time, but the thought of having to deal with a car salesman had really been putting me off, I always felt I had been looking to buy a new car for some time, but the thought of having to deal with a car salesman had really been putting me off, I always felt like I would rather have a root canal than have to deal with a car salesman. I had gone on a Sunday to look at the Mazda's they had on their lot since I knew they were closed, as I drove in, I spotted a 2014 Mazda 6 that was a show stopper, it was loaded and everything I was hoping for, so now I knew I was going to have to get my game face on, and come back the next day and deal with a salesperson. Monday came and I bit the bullet and drove to the dealership, I got out and started looking at the beautiful car that I had hoped would be mine, out came Gene Barnett, he was very personable and friendly (but I was still unsure) and had my game face ready, we took a test drive, it was everything I had dreamed in a car, (but still the game face was on).We came back to the dealership and we went in to talk terms, Gene sat down with me and asked what did I need from them to make this deal happen, I told him what I was willing to pay for the car and how much I wanted for my trade in, I also let him know that I was pre-approved thru my credit union, he asked me what interest rate I was approved for and I said (with game face on) very smugly , 3.1%, he looked at me and said he thought they could do better than that for me, I laughed and said he could try, so he left to go talk to the "numbers guy" Tim. After a few minutes, here comes Gene, I knew he couldn't have done any better, but he said, how does 2.9% sound to you, I was floored, but then I asked what about the price I want and my trade in, he said hey no problem, whatever works for you, you could have knocked me over with a feather, he said let's go talk to Tim, (I thought ah-ha, this is where they are going to stick it to me, game face back on). I sat down with Tim McGeeney, super nice guy, he explained everything to me and made sure I was comfortable with all the terms and conditions, it was like sitting down with one of my buddies over a beer, he was that nice, he got me the dream car I wanted at the price I wanted and the payment I could afford, it was a genuinely the best car buying experience I have ever had, so that day I drove home in the sexiest car I have ever owed from the nicest dealership I have ever been to.........it must have been my game face. More

We went to Northtowne Maz Last weekend we traveled to KC to visit our daughter, & deliver my car to her (2011 Mazda 6) so she could get an inspection. We went to Northtowne Mazda, just started looking & was greeted professionally by Warren.. I have had two other Mazda 6’s, & handed them down to my daughter. This vacation & stopping at Northtowne wasn’t intended for buying a new car; we knew NOTHING about the dealership. But ended up that way.. I always know what I wanted; & I had been working with a local Mazda dealership in my hometown, but they were not willing to help a loyal Mazda customer get what I wanted. We worked with Warren Hutsler & he treated me like gold; in fact my husband & daughter. His professionalism is beyond words. Warren seen me through the process; making sure I was satisfied... When approaching us, he greeted me with a friendly smile, making me comfortable & put me first! When we got back home I had a few questions, & Warren was able to answer them with the same professionalism & attitude over the phone. With that & much more I could say, I sincerely appreciate your outstanding customer service & salesman ship Warren. The diligence & dedication demonstrated to us, the customer was high quality. Now it's time to add on a few things I are on my wish list (Touch up Paint, Door Sill Trim Plates, All-Weather Floor Mats, Splash Guards, Window Tinting, & Fog Lamps).. Also we can’t forget about Tom & Tim. Thank you all so much.. I know my daughter will be in to have her 2011 Mazda 6 serviced now that she seen the positive customer service & treatment to loyal customers is.. More
