He was so patient with our forty million questions and was very responsive and understanding. All of the other folks over at Northtowne Mazda were above and beyond friendly and appreciative of our patronage. Definitely not the incessantly annoying/pushy salesman experience that we had at other car dealerships. Initially, we were dead set on buying a new 2014 Mazda3, but after seeing their great selection of certified preowned cars, we test drove some other models that if new, were beyond our price point. We are very happy with our gently used and oh-so-affordable car (Mazda CX-5, Love it!!) and will most definitely return for a second car purchase in the next year or two. Excellent customer service and great pricing makes them a cut above the others. Highly recommended! More

Service on my new Mazda 2 I visited Northtowne Mazda on 12/16/14 to have an armrest installed in my new 2014 Mazda 2. My salesman Steve Pheffer came out when I drove up and directed me to drive into the service area. He introduced me to a man who did touch-up painting on a couple of scratches that were on the back of the car when we bought it. Nice to have two things taken care of at the same time! Steve walked me back to the waiting area, made sure I was comfortable, and then came back a half hour later with an update on how the work was going. In an hour I was heading out the door with the new armrest professionally installed. I also had cruise control added to the car a few days after I bought it in November, and I was totally satisfied with the installation and how the cruise control performs. My husband and I were very happy with our experience in finding the right car for me after coming into the dealership with a Mazda 3 in mind. When my husband saw the banner hanging from the ceiling advertising the car that I bought at a great closeout price, it turned out to be the car that I wanted that I didn't know I wanted until I saw it. Steve was very knowledgeable about the cars that we looked at, very patient, and very helpful without being pushy. Our experience in purchasing the car and then having cruise control and an armrest added later has been satisfactory and more. We will highly recommend Northtowne Mazda and Steve to anyone we know that is looking for a no-pressure, up-front, and customer-oriented car dealership. More
DO not EVER get your car serviced here! If there was an opposition for negative stars I would put them!!! Worst experience of my life!! I wanted them to run some tests, when I went to pick up my car the manager got short and turn into a jerk when I wanted know what they did and why, simple questions. I went out to my car only to find it unlocked, tossed and some items missing. I returned inside only to be demanded out, unanswered questions and unresolved issues! WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CAR!!! They do not have cameras outside, my car was left unlocked and there is no gates, nothing protecting YOU. More
Ryan Lopez I came to look at a Mazda but through Ryan's ability to qualify his customer (me) he correctly figured out that he should show me the Hyundai Genesis. I was very impressed with Ryan in his ability to make this a very enjoyable sales experience. In fact, I have been very impressed not only with the Genesis but the entire dealership. I look forward to working with the service department as I get my car serviced. Also, I want to commend Matt who showed me how to work all of the electronics! Kudos to everyone! More

A pleasant experience We originally went looking at used cars but ended up buying a new one since they updated the Mazda 3 from the 2013's. Much nicer ride on the newer car We originally went looking at used cars but ended up buying a new one since they updated the Mazda 3 from the 2013's. Much nicer ride on the newer car and just the right size. We worked with Gene and he was most helpful in getting it done. I was dreading working with a salesman on buy a new car because I've had bad experiences in the past. Gene was great. Treated us like friends. We just love the new car and feel we got a good deal. We My wife and I purchased a 2015 Mazda 6 on 11/28/14 from Northtowne Mazda. We were greeted by a smiling sales consultant by the name of Ryan Lopez. We figured the welcoming smile was that of a vulture just getting ready to feast on the cash in our pockets. To our pleasant surprise, Ryan was not a vulture, but a person who actually seemed to care about us, and lookout for our best interests in shopping for that new car we were interested in buying. We were impressed by Ryan's knowledge and pressure-free approach during our purchasing experience. We negotiated what I felt was a great deal. We arrived at a mutually acceptable offer for our trade-in, and at a great price for the new vehicle. We were looked after during, and after the sales process. I should mention, also, that the finance manager was great to deal with in breezing through the paperwork, and answering all of our questions. If you are interested in purchasing a Mazda, please don't hesitate to ask for Ryan Lopez for a perfect car buying experience. He is not a vulture, but a real live human being, who will take great care of you when buying your next car. More
