He pointed out the differences with a 2015 and a 2016. I took the 2016 for a ride and enjoyed the feel for the car. Jason had extreme knowledge with the cars and treated me (a female) with respect. I Love Northtown Mazda!!!!! I waited a few months to do my review of Northtown Mazda after the purchase of my vehicle since I really wanted to see how they were as a dealership. I waited a few months to do my review of Northtown Mazda after the purchase of my vehicle since I really wanted to see how they were as a dealership. First of all I would like to say that my sales guy, Ryan Lopez, is the BEST sales guy I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He was very informative, patient with my 100’s of questions and call backs about the car, and most importantly not pushy about making a sale. He really cared about me making a good decision about my purchase even if that meant going to another dealership to get “a better deal” which turned out to be a gimmick. I honestly cannot say enough good things about him. He is still always happy to take annoying calls from me. After the purchase of my car while it was getting all of the stickers, plastic, etc taken out/off of it the back driver’s side door was damaged. They were all very embarrassed and apologetic that it happened. They scheduled me in to get it fixed right away and got me a loaner car as well. The repair went smoothly and I had a great experience with their body shop. It was even a busy time since it was right after a big snow and they had a lot of cars in. After about two months I noticed a scuff above where the work had been done. It was in an odd location and I figured it was from it being in the body shop since I don’t take this car a lot of places. Assuming I was S.O.L I called Ryan and told him about it and he was very helpful and got me in the following week to have the scuff buffed out! I was very pleased!!!! Today I had my first oil change and that went perfectly as well. My appointment was at 11:00am and they got me right in on time. No kidding, I was out the door at 11:18! They were so fast I almost didn't finish my cup of coffee. Very impressive!!!! My other experiences with the service department have been wonderful as well. Since the purchase of my car in December I have had two chips on my windshield. I purchased the windshield and key coverage offered by the dealership and they fixed them both for free. This saved me $120.00 and that 5 year coverage has almost paid for itself within the first 6 months of ownership. Both times they were able to get me a loaner and were very flexible with my work schedule. I feel like I now have a full view of Northtown Mazda since I have now worked with each department of the dealership and I couldn't be happier with them! They have a lifelong customer! Thank you Northtown Mazda for being so awesome and restoring my faith in working with dealerships. After dealing with Gladstone Dodge for the past 8+ years I had a very negative view of dealerships! I LOVE MY MAZDA 6!!!! More

I knew exactly what I was looking for and when I found it at Northtowne Mazda, I did not have to do much "wheeling and dealing" because Gene knew the incentives and gave me the best deal of any other offers in which I couldn't refuse. Gene knew the inventory and available incentives, met us at the dealership on his day off in order to finish the sale and had the car ready for us to pick up the following day.
