From the moment we met with Jason Chandler, it has been an experience that has gone beyond our expectations. The morning we went in to meet with him, he had three cars pulled for us to look at in a warm garage, which was a big deal because it was very cold outside. We really liked the car we took on a test drive. Jason's service was very professional and he gave us referrals to other services we were needing as well. We used the next week to make a decision on the car. He didn't pressure us during this time, and came down on the price to a point that was doable for us. He also worked with us during this time to answer any questions we had. We came back a week from when we first stopped by and bought our CX-9. We recommend Northtowne Mazda to anyone looking for a car in the KC area, it is a business that is well-run. More

Tom the finance manager was great as well and was very courteous with all my questions and requests. This time, my fiancé was making a purchase and Mike made sure to give her the proper attention as she was the one buying even though she wanted me to negotiate the deal. Overall great experience. New Mazda 3 New Owner and Great Experience!!! I have been keeping an eye on the market for a Mazda 3 and finally settled on one with this dealership. I had a great offer from an out of town deale I have been keeping an eye on the market for a Mazda 3 and finally settled on one with this dealership. I had a great offer from an out of town dealer. When I e-mailed Mazda North Town KC to see if they could match this offer Vida Morgan responded almost immediately boldly saying that they will meet or beat any other dealer offer. Impressed with that response(no other KC Mazda dealer said that) Mike Schwally called to see what he could do to help and invited me to come in the next business day to check out the car. When I got there Mike greeted me at the door with a smile and already had the car warmed up and ready to go for the test drive.. Needless to say I bought the car. Everything about the buying process was great from Mike to the finance office. No high pressure sales were used though the entire purchase(a welcome surprise).
