I went in to meet and talk to Lou about the prospects of purchasing a brand new car. My used Hyundai was 5 years old and I wanted to look at the new models. Lou took a walk with me and let me test drive a purchasing a brand new car. My used Hyundai was 5 years old and I wanted to look at the new models. Lou took a walk with me and let me test drive a new Elantra GT, no strings attached. I mentioned to him that I did have an appointment at 5PM and when I returned, even though I was very impressed with the way the car drove and with the overall look we both agreed to meet the next day, Sat morning no strings attached. The whole experience was a positive one and we both were able to laugh and joke a lot. He made my wife and I feel very much at ease and I did buy the new Elantra GT. I consider the whole experience very positive and did enjoy working with your staff. More

I went into Northtown looking for an affordable, good car. I walked out of the dealership within 3 hours with a brand new 2013 Elantra at the most reasonable price ever.
