This was my first experience with Northside Lexus and it was fantastic! Mr. Ortega was patient with me as I asked him questions about the vehicle via e-mail and eventually put down a deposit before coming i was fantastic! Mr. Ortega was patient with me as I asked him questions about the vehicle via e-mail and eventually put down a deposit before coming into the dealership to finish the deal. As far as the people that we had contact with, they were fantastic (I don't remember the name of the guy that helped us with the paperwork, but he was great as well.) We will definitely be returning customers! More
