I am very displeased with the price of my trade in. 3 weeks before my new car arrived I received an email from Northside Lexus/Carmax that the value of my trade-in was $9,400, yet when I am at the dea 3 weeks before my new car arrived I received an email from Northside Lexus/Carmax that the value of my trade-in was $9,400, yet when I am at the dealership ready to close on my new vehicle I was only given $7,000. I felt blindsided!!! If I would have known I would be low balled at the last minute, I would have sold my car & not trade it in because I had several offers for a much higher price than I was given at the last minute. For this reason I may not return to Lexus on my next purchase. Everything else over my 12 years experience with Northside Lexus has been great! More
