He was accessible before, during, and after the purchase. H allowed the car to be inspected by a disinterested mechanic, and agreed to "fix anything" that might be wrong. The mechanic was impressed with the car and found only two things: first, a worn tire, which H replaced immediately; second a major tune up was needed which H fixed too at no cost to me. I highly recommend their services and their dealership; I have recommended it to all of my family and friends. More

H allowed the car to be inspected by a disinterested mechanic, and agreed to "fix anything" that might be wrong. The mechanic was impressed with the car's fine condition and found only two things: first, a worn tire, which H replaced immediatley with the same high-quality brand on the rest of the wheels; second, certain parts that were almost but not quite worn, which H promised to fix at no cost to me when (in the near future) they are completely worn. H has proven himself trustworthy, and I am confident he will make the repairs as promised. I regret not asking before the purchase whether the car came with a spare key, as the replacement is expensive. A few other minor issues, not worth mentioning here, I attribute to the fact that in almost every transaction, both parties come away thinking they might have gotten something more. In sum, this dealer offers high quality cars at competitve prices and negotiates reasonably to make the sale.
