Had a very bad experience here. Car was no where near as in good shape as I was lead to believe and when returned for service, found the staff and management to be rude and abusive. The owner actually swore at my wife and hung up on her... because she called too many times (8 times over 6 days for the record because we could not get straight answers) also they finally kicked us out and we had to pay another shop $1200 to put our car back together before it could be diagnosed, they said the dismantling was excessive and unnecessary...in the end the source of the problem was the anti theft device shorted out. NE had completely taken apart my dash and center console and fixed nothing. When I called back to discuss how they left my car I was cut off, yelled at and hung up on by the co-owner. Just no way to do business. Several other bad reviews on the web...wish I read them before I bought More
