I rolled the dice on a car I did not get to drive or inspect. I am in Pennsylvania and the car was in Texas. It was a 2007 Infiniti G35S with 142,000 miles. The car looked great in the photos and it did have a clean car fax and Auto Check Report, but still I had to take the word of a used car salesman that it was a great vehicle. With 142,000 miles and a price tag of $9,700 (book $12,300), I decided to gamble. Well, the phrase "If it is too good to be true it probably is", did not apply here. I received the car (shipped for $600) and I have it now for over a month and about 1,000 miles later. I could not be any happier, this is the best car I gave owned and it was a step up from my 2005 G35x. Scott was very honest and he was right,very smooth and strong car. I truly believe that if the car would had any issues, that Scott,knowing I could not inspect the vehicle would had not made the sale. If you are realistic in what you would get in a 5-10 year old car with a considerable amount of miles on it, you can be pretty confident that they will sell you a great car. It's not perfection, but for an 2007 with 142,000 on the clock it is pretty close. Very nice car, thanks Scott! More

I got the vehicle $3000 below trade in value and they even payed the price of tagging the vehicle for me and paid for a rather expensive warranty for me. This was the best deal and experience I have ever had buying a vehicle and will continue to do business with this dealership. More

It's a 9 year old truck, was it perfect? no it's 9 years old. We got there on a Monday morning two hours before they opened so I could make sure nobody warmed it up before I got there, it was the first time I was gonna buy something over the internet that cost this much. Justin was there first, I told him why I was there and he gave me the keys. I came back and had a list of what I wanted to be Corrected. They always said Yes Sir and did it. They also put two new Batteries I didnt ask for. I had some at home. When Brian came in he came and met with us and wanted to make sure all was well. I've been buying vehicles in Louisiana most of my life and have never been treated like I am in Texas. I think I've bought my last at home and will just have to travel from now on. Answered our calls or called us right back. The pictures of our truck were accurate, we also asked for a video. Without any issues got the video a short while later. We traveled 1300 miles to come and get the truck, he prepared out truck for us knowing we were traveling far. We actually got there on his day off, he did not pass us off, he came in and took care of his with no rushing and alot of kindness!!! We cant say enough good things about Brian and also the other staff were great as well. We THANK Brian and what we loved is that his word is his bond. More

Sales experience with Shannon Heeter I was very leary at first with the idea of purchasing a vehicle online without the ability to see it myself prior to purchase commitment and travel fr I was very leary at first with the idea of purchasing a vehicle online without the ability to see it myself prior to purchase commitment and travel from Tucson AZ to Arlington TX for the pickup, but I have to say that Shannon was honest and accurate in his descriptions and condition of the vehicle. He did everything he could to give me an accurate read of the condition and set my expectations correctly. In every step he was courteous, professional, truly friendly and caring, and went out of his way to work with me for any and all questions I had. In the end, the truck ended up even better than I had hoped, and Shannon worked with me on the day of pickup to rectify several small problems that were not evident initially. They took the time to do a careful test drive, and to fix a wheel bearing issue they heard and had already changed it upon my arrival as well as put in new front brake pads. They also discovered a removed muffler, and made arrangements that day to fixt it at a local muffler shop nearby that was incredibly responsive to the dealership as well as myself. What initially was a purchase I was concerned with about remote buying a used vehicle turned into one of the best vehicle buying experiences I have been through. I would buy again from Shannon at Texas Auto Liquidators and would highly recommend him to anyone as an honest and helpful salesman that puts the customer experience at TOP of his list. Great, Low-Pressure Sales Experience It was time to look for a new (used) car after driving my gas guzzling 2003 F-150 for over 11 years. I'd been casually shopping for over a year before It was time to look for a new (used) car after driving my gas guzzling 2003 F-150 for over 11 years. I'd been casually shopping for over a year before I found a good price on a great looking 2012 Audi A3 TDI at Texas Auto Liquidators. The dealership had a free CarFax listing and decent pictures and description on website. After doing what research I could online, it was time for a test drive. I called and scheduled an appointment through Shannon Heeter. When I arrived, Shannon greeted me and had the car ready. No red tape or blood contracts to sign. Shannon offered me the keys and allowed me to test drive it on my own, and even take it to my mechanic to get my own diagnosis. My mechanic and I noticed a couple minor things that needed attention. Shannon offered to resolve these on their own dime. Then we negotiated what I felt was a good price, but I wasn't ready to purchase just yet. To Shannon's credit he didn't try to pressure me into anything I wasn't comfortable with. After sleeping on it for a couple days, I called Shannon the following week and we made a deal. For someone that hasn't purchased a vehicle in over a decade, Shannon made the process quite painless. The one criticism I will give is that when I picked up the car it wasn't detailed very well, and quite dirty in some places. I brought this to Shannon's attention, and they took care of it. Bottom line: I would do business again with Texas Auto Liquidators and Shannon Heeter and recommend them to friends and family. When I .got there at 1:00 pm after paying for a limo ride from the airport the dealership wasn't ready for me although this delivery had been scheduled for a month in advance.While I was shown the car it became very clear that other than installing new tires the car had not been checked out at all. No Spare tire, engine ran fine and a 5,000 mile mechanical warranty was offered as part of the sale.That is why I flew 1800 miles to Texas. On Ebay everything was marked "good" on the punch list of equipment including the 'Electronics". While sitting in the car with Lynn it was quite apparent the the ' MMI' system which controlled everything from setting the clock,running the radio,navigation and CD player was not at all functional. The management wrote on the delivery ticket thay would replace the MMI unit when I came to Boston where I lived. Car drove very well on the trip home. I had brought my portable Garmin Nav system to lead the way since electronics were dead. A very quiet ride without radio or CD player. Got home had the car inspected and mechanically all checked out fine.Ran an electronics check and cleared a massive number of faults from the computer controlled system. Using my local Audi garage was not time effective and went to the regional big guy dealer Ira Audi in Danvers Mass. They diagnosed and replaced MMI unit and updated computer setups for A8 model. Texas Auto refused to pay and or replace MMI as promised. They sent me a radio amplifier which initially was thought to be problem We were wrong. I offered to return radio amp they said their Ebay seller wouldn't give them credit. I spent an extra $1100 repairing vehicle which Texas clearly knew nothing about how to deal with it.Typical sleazy car dealer.Push out product hope it sticks and screw the customer. Very disappointing.Wouldn't recommend these people to anyone. Misrepresenting is what these guys do best More
