Easiest car buying I've ever had and I've had a lot! Brian was able to assist my car buying experience by helping take photos and get me any information I asked for prior to buying. Once purchased he had the vehicle prepped when we arrived and I was back on the road in less than 30minutes which included my test drive! Love the BMW X5 diesel we purchased for my growing family. After looking at several other places, I emailed Shannon at Texas Auto Liquidators about a truck I saw online. Since I live about an hour away, I wanted to do some of the leg work at home before I drove all the way to Arlington. I don't know why I just didn't start there. That would have saved me a few weeks of looking. They have an excellent selection and bent over backwards to get me into a truck I wanted. The service alone I received from Shannon and Brian was worth the hour drive alone. I traded in a vehicle and they gave me an excellent trade value on it and made me an excellent deal on the truck I purchased. Through CR we found a used car in their inventory we believe was the right fit for us, we contacted Brian and scheduled an appointment that day. At the meeting Brian proved to be welcoming, never pushy on the sale and always attentive to our questions and requests. He really made us feel comfortable. We loved the car, it had few items we wished to fix and Brian did not hesitate to do so. The whole paperwork process took less than an hour, and the car was fixed as we asked within few days. Really a nice experience and not what we were used to when buying a car. We are very satisfied with the car and how we were treated by Brian and all the staff working at the dealership. More
