Hello Ms. Lucas, Thank you for taking the time to visit our service center, and I appreciate you bringing this concern to our attention. I’m sorry to hear that your experience did not meet the level of service you expect from our dealership. I did review your January visit with the service technician. At that time, both the USB and 12V outlet were tested. The technician confirmed that the USB port was providing power by successfully charging his phone. He also found and removed a piece of paper from the 12V outlet and verified that it was functioning properly afterward. That said, if you are still experiencing issues—especially after trying a different charging cord—we would be more than happy to have a technician take another look at no charge. Our goal is always to resolve our customers’ concerns, and I regret that we were unable to fully verify or remedy this issue during your previous visit.
