The dealership, sales people, and finance department were pleasant when purchasing the vehicle but problems arose after the vehicle had been sold. I had purchased a warranty plan and maintenance service plan pleasant when purchasing the vehicle but problems arose after the vehicle had been sold. I had purchased a warranty plan and maintenance service plan when purchasing the vehicle. I believed in the dealership and wanted to make my life easier but boy was I wrong. I had purchased 5 year plans but only 26 months into owing the vehicle, I was told my warranty and maintance plans had already expired. When I pushed to find out why, I was informed that North Park had misapplied both plans to the original manufacture date of the vehicle and not the date I purchased it! When I asked for them to correct the mistake, they informed me they could not and only offered me a refund. As much as I just wanted what I had paid for, I had no choice but to accept their refund. Their finance department had said I would see the money refunded within a few weeks in early August. It has now been 4 months and I have not received any refund! Be very wary of purchasing any plans from them and check your dates! More

She was patient, listened and asked me questions and made me even realize I didn't actually want what I came in for at fir assisted me in every step. He is very personable and contacted me before my lease came up letting me know that due to COVID there was a shortage of Navigators on the lot, and that I very personable and contacted me before my lease came up letting me know that due to COVID there was a shortage of Navigators on the lot, and that I needed to come in early to build the one I want so we can have it in by the time my lease expires. He help me build the Navigator I wanted. When my Navigator arrived, he explained all the gadgets that comes with such a nice auto and made sure I was comfortable before he let me drive off. He is the best to deal with. He also helped me throughout the term of my lease whenever I had a question. He would call me back immediately if he was tied up when I called.
