First was a virtual greeting from Casper then, upon our arrival we were greeted by Casper Kasperski and Joseph who patiently walked us through the amazing buying experience. From the tutorials with Joseph, by the way, very knowledgable and thorough, to the test ride, it was easy to make to make a decision to buy.
