I did talk with the Customer Relations Manager. The offer was to trade up to a higher priced vehicle a Toyota Highlander, which I did not want to do. The vehicle advertisement listed about 5 options this vehicle was suppose to have in did not. My feeling is this is false advertising and the dealership should take the vehicle back. I have report this issue to the Attorney General's office.

Will from North Hills Toyota responded back to me in late December. He told me he had just talked to the Better Business Bureau who I had contacted also. He said the best that could he could do was a $250 refund. He did not sound sincere when he called and didn’t offer an apology. I realize it’s a business but you don’t have to scam people to make money. It would be hard to trust this dealer in the future after these events. Also the dome lights on the DVD player that Terry Poe Auto installed do not work. He did call me but was too busy to fix at the time.
