BUYER BEWARE Purchased a 2018 Lincoln MKT from them that listed that this vehicle had the following options Active Park Assist, Adaptive Cruise Control, Collision Warning w/Brake Support, Lane Keeping System, technology package. Told the salesperson that Adaptive Cruise was a must option for me. I have text messages assuring me the option was on the vehicle. Her sales manager went out with her and checked the vehicle. I asked in every phone conversation before I drove 5 hours to purchase the vehicle to make sure adaptive cruise option was on the vehicle.. Verified it was in text messages and verbal. Salesperson also said she may be able to save me almost $800 as the price listed on Facebook Marketplace was $24,945. When I asked her just before driving down did she manage to get the price reduced she said no, that was the lowest they could go. Our appointment to get the vehicle was on a Saturday. Since it was 5 hours away we drove down the night before. We go to the lot to look at the vehicle after hours and the window sticker on it was $24,196. When we went to sign the papers they tried to charge us the Facebook Marketplace price of $24,945 and we said no, so after some discussion they reduced the price to the $24,196. That right there should of told us what kind of dealership this is! More
Never called me back for a car I went to look at. Was rude when I asked for my check back and I bought another car with a better deal literally 3 days after. Do not shop here. The car I test drove was di rude when I asked for my check back and I bought another car with a better deal literally 3 days after. Do not shop here. The car I test drove was dirty and management looked at us weirdly the whole time. They refused to cut the price down a little even after saying they could. !!!!!!NEVER SHOP HERE FOR A VEHICLE!!!!!!!!!I bought a !!!!!!NEVER SHOP HERE FOR A VEHICLE!!!!!!!!! I bought a Used 2014 Jeep Compass Latitude from North Hills Toyota back on October 31st, 2020. Custome !!!!!!NEVER SHOP HERE FOR A VEHICLE!!!!!!!!! I bought a Used 2014 Jeep Compass Latitude from North Hills Toyota back on October 31st, 2020. Customer Service was great at first and Paige did an amazing job of helping me pick out this car. As I took it home I noticed the windshield was cracked a little and decided to let that go, but then I started to hear a terrible noise in the back wheels every-time I hit a bump. I was thinking it was just a Jeep thing and the next day on November 1st was when things started going down hill literally. As I was going to meet up with a couple of friends i hit the smallest bump and boom, I lost my brakes and couldn't stop fully and was scared for my life. As I finally stop without getting hurt, I called a tow truck and texted Paige (my sales person). I would've called but it was a Sunday and the dealership was closed. She texted me back and said to take it to the dealership and they'll fix it. So I did but as the tow truck man came, he showed me that the rear brake caliber completely fell off! He said that it was due to laziness of whoever expected that car and didn't put it back on correctly. This issue could have hurt or killed me and others. So Monday November 2nd rolls around and I go to the dealership to figure out what they are going to do for me. They told me they will fix the issue for free and I told them about the crack in the window and they said they will do that too. I also requested a new rim due to the damage the brake caliber caused and they said they will call me about it. They never called me back about the rim and when I went to pick it up they told me the manager denied it saying it wasn't need due to it only being "cosmetic damage." I let it go because I just wanted to drive my car, but it is frustrating that it is their fault the brake caliber wasn't put on correctly and/or inspected correctly. Now in the beginning of March, after having the car for only 5 month I noticed my transmission is now slipping. I contacted two well known mechanics I know and they both agreed to the transmission slipping and advise me to take it back. I called and asked for a manger, then talked to Customer Relations Manager Charvette who told me we will just trade it in because I didn't want the vehicle anymore due to all the problems. I know they either sold me a lemon or didn't maintenance properly. Also will add that the cracked windshield was never fixed like they said. Now the problem I have with the dealership is that I was put with my salesperson again (Paige) by Charvette. She told me the manager was going to call me and tell me my options, never received that call and actually had to call him. The manager (Will) is terrible at customer service, tried calling him 6 times and never got a call back, kept being told he is busy and that he would call me back and never called me. I had to talk to Paige again and I told her I would just come in on Monday March 8th, 2021. As I get there they tell me that I still owe $12,000 on my vehicle which I knew and that my trade-in value is only $8,000 and I would still have $4,000 on a new vehicle. I didn't understand on why the value went down so much and they didn't explain it to me. I was so mad with how they tried to just use me for more money and tried to get me to put another down payment and add on $4,000 to another car. They did not work with me and I just left and will definitely never come back! !!!!!!!!NEVER SHOP HERE FOR A VEHICLE!!!!!!! More

I bought a 2020 Toyota Sienna van. It did not have a DVD player. My wife has a 2018 Sienna that has one. I asked the salesman, Brian Jeckavitch, if I could get it installed. He said it would be $1500 extra. player. My wife has a 2018 Sienna that has one. I asked the salesman, Brian Jeckavitch, if I could get it installed. He said it would be $1500 extra. I agreed. We dropped off the van and we were told a third party, Terry Poe auto, would install it. My wife picked up the van and said it looked different. They installed a different brand, Advent Advexyl HD10. It runs around $500 dollars on Amazon or Walmart. It also was not installed correctly. The dome lights do not work. I called the dealer and spoke to Charvette Anderson. I questioned why the DVD installation was $1500 when the DVD player was only $500. She finally sent me the invoice from Terry Poe auto. It states he charged $1000 for the dvd and installation. I asked Mrs. Anderson what happened to the other $500 and she said the dealer receives it. I said the dealer received $500 for making a phone call and she said yes. She said she was sorry but she could not help. This van is for my son who has cerebral palsy. This is not how you treat customers. I called the headquarters and spoke to Bianca. She said Toyota would not get involved and I would have to work it out with the dealer. I love Toyota’s and have only purchased them in the past, but this event has soured the brand to me and my friends and family. More
I would like to share my experience in purchasing a 2018 used car from North Hills Toyota. The car that I bought from them on Oct 9th "passed" inspection in August, and within 3 weeks of driving it off th used car from North Hills Toyota. The car that I bought from them on Oct 9th "passed" inspection in August, and within 3 weeks of driving it off the lot it needed new rotors. On the receipt it stated rotors were to thin to be cut, which implies that they were already cut down to bare minimum. This car was for my daughter, whom would have been driving it without knowing the brakes were bad, which could have led to the brakes failing. I contacted North Hills Toyota to get reimbursed for the new rotors and was told they would not take financial responsibility on brakes that they cut down to the lowest possible thinness. It appears the car's inspection was performed only well enough to make sure it got off the lot and not for the safety of the buyer. I will be contacting the State Police Inspection division and the Better Business Bureau as well as Toyota themselves. Please feel free to share this disreputable and unconscionable behavior by North Hills Toyota. More
