Unfortunately I had to call in several times to schedule service to my vehicle. I had an appointment however, there was a snow and ice storm the night before and accidents everywhere the day of so I had to service to my vehicle. I had an appointment however, there was a snow and ice storm the night before and accidents everywhere the day of so I had to cancel. Whoever answered, was unbelievably rude. She acted as if I was interrupting her. Then I called back to ask about Saturday appointments, she rudely mentioned “not until the 19th” and never asked would you like to schedule? Again extremely rude. I called the next day, a Saturday, to reschedule and make a Saturday appointment, again- rude. She literally asked if I’m sure I needed the service I was scheduling. Are you kidding me? Even though she asked my information, wanted to transferred me to ensure the part was available. Sweetie, I had to cancel my appointment less than 24 hours ago, it’s available. After that proceeds to hang up. I manage quite a few individuals and can say with absolute certainty, if I witnessed any of them speaking to and treating a customer the way I was treated, they wouldn’t have jobs. More

The Service Rep gaslighted me and the Service Manager abused me. A very traumatizing experience. I have elected to go to another dealership, because management did not apologize or give me assurances I would not be victimized again. More

It is never easy making a major purchase unless you have a special salesperson who is patient, energetic and caring. I didn’t get excited until I actually saw the beautiful vehicle that I was riding home. T a special salesperson who is patient, energetic and caring. BIZARE UNDERSTANDING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. After a test drive, I came back to the dealership the following day to complete the purchase of a RAV4. Jake was the salesman and had been polite and helpful thr drive, I came back to the dealership the following day to complete the purchase of a RAV4. Jake was the salesman and had been polite and helpful throughout. After completing some of the initial paperwork, I was led into a separate office to complete the paperwork with Bob. This is when things took a rapid turn for the worse. After signing a few forms, I was presented a form showing the car I was buying with only 4 miles on it. I had driven more than that myself during the test drive and I wasn't the first person to test drive the car. When I pointed this out to Bob, he had someone check the odometer and correct the form. Since no one had bothered to do this before I was presented the form the first time, I asked him whether the other forms were correct. Bob immediately became very aggressive about having his credibility challenged. When I told Bob that his aggression was misplaced and would lead to a poor review, he then said "You know what? I'm cancelling the sale". He then passed me back my check and walked out of the office. After this surreal outburst, he then returned with the General Manager, who explained that Bob had handled lots of clients without incident so he "had to side with Bob". Apparently, Bob's aggression and outbursts are actually condoned by dealership management as long as they are infrequent. He did at least have the sense to send someone else in to complete the paperwork but there was never an apology or even an acknowledgement that Bob 's outburst was in any way inappropriate. Bob and the General Manager were both quick to point out that inventory is low (I was well aware), and that the car could easily be sold to someone else. Again, not very professional, even if there is a lot of truth to the statement. It should be mentioned that the dealership had offered me a fair price on the vehicle so knowing that inventory is low I completed the sale. I then left the dealership to silent staff. Very odd. More
