I arrived in a Taxi and left in my Certified pre-owned 2011 Toyota Camry. This was my very first car purcahse and I was extremely nervous. I was in contact with Merick Sherline and he was very helpful I c 2011 Toyota Camry. This was my very first car purcahse and I was extremely nervous. I was in contact with Merick Sherline and he was very helpful I called him atleast 8 times the day before I was going in to ask questions and he was so patient with me and kept reassuring me everything will be fine. When I got there I met Merick and he introduced me to Matt Artis who was the awesome sales person ever. He was so friendly and nice and even helped clean my car lol. He showed me everything my car could do answered all my questions. He even helped me get in touch with an insurance agent when I told him how much I would have to pay for mine. Jerry Summers who helped with my financing was also great and friendly. Everyone was so amazing and I will definitely tell anyone who is buying a car to go to North Hills Toyota, they made my first car buying experience one I will never forget and it wasn't scary like I thought it would be. They explained everything to me in great detail so I know exactly what I spent my money on and it is worth every dime. Thank you so much...Merick Sherline, Matt Artis and Jerry Summers!! More
This was my wife's and my first car buying experience, and we could not have been more pleased. From the moment we walked in the door, Mark Entress was right there helping us feel comfortable, listening and we could not have been more pleased. From the moment we walked in the door, Mark Entress was right there helping us feel comfortable, listening and hearing what we were saying, honoring our concerns, and most of all just being relaxed and NOT pushy at all. Within minutes we were talking about everything under the sun. We had a pleasant test drive, a really easy negotiating process, and all told I think we were out of the dealership within a couple hours -- with the price we wanted, a very fair trade-in value (which Mark went out of his way to get for us), an interest rate well below our bank's quote, and a brand new Prius in our custom color en route! Seriously, with all the research and calls we had made leading up to this purchase over the last few months, we cannot recommend this dealership highly enough. If you're in the Pittsburgh area, really do yourself a service and meet these guys. More

My husband and I just went to price the new Toyota Corolla and came away with buying a black one the grey interior. Very sharp car!. My husband and I are both very happy with the choice. Unbelievable! After the papers were signed, they called me 6 days later to tell me that my interest went up and so would my paymt! No way would I go back and resign a contract for a higher payment after they promised me an interest rate and a monthly payment. Furthermore, they kept telling me they would get me another key for my vehicle and never did. I never heard of a dealership calling a customer 6 days later after accepting a very good trade in, and asking them to drive miles out of their way at dinner and homework hour to come resign papers. I called the magistrate, an attorney, and a bunch of people....they are lucky I don't call WPXI too! This is one fishy dealer! DONOT GO THERE! More
Very poor service. They gave me problems from the very beginning. They did not apply the trade in value to the new sale. There was a key missing in the keypad along with three head rests and none of this beginning. They did not apply the trade in value to the new sale. After we found this out the salesman said that he would track down head rests from the previous owner and that there would be no problem to me. After fourteen days the sales man called and told me the head rests were FINALLY available. When I got the dealer ship he informed me that there would be a $250 charge for the head rests he found from the junkyard, and they would need to be reupholstered too! More
IT'S BEEN 7 + MONTHS AND STILL NO REGISTRATION OR TITLE. CALLS ARE NEVER RETURNED AND EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL. HAD TO GET THE STATE POLICE INVOLVED TO TRY AND FIX THE SITUATION.
