I came to North Hills Toyota after my credit union had been playing bandy-about with me for two weeks about a car loan. I had a high-interest loan out from CNAC, so high in fact that I owed $9k on a broken down Ford Ranger that was worth $3k. I dealt with Jason, which was truly a pleasure. Although very nice and professional about the sale, I had to leave the dealership that night with no deal. I owed too much and the trade was worth nothing. The following morning, I got a call from Joe. He said he was chasing around some leads on financing, and that I was obviously in a bad situation with a predatory lender (JD Byrider and CNAC). That evening, I walked out of the dealership as the proud owner of a brand new Corolla Sport stickshift, with no high-interest car loan hanging around my neck. I prefer interest rates of 3% over interest rates of 23%, any day, hands down. Great work! More
Best experience I have EVER had buying a car. I cant say enought good things!! Because of this experience my mom and dad will be looking at purchasing a car there. Matt was GREAT!! They were honest/fair and really showed they cared. Matt even took me to the service department which really impressed me. I never have taken my cars back to the dealer for service but I will be on this one. Its because he showed me the service center and the quality of the facility that sold me on servicing my car there in the future. I will be recommending North Hills Toyota to my entire family and friends! More
I have never been one to get "excited" to deal with a car dealership/salesman. North Hill Toyota (particularly Matt Artis) made this a very excitable experience. I originally was looking to purchase a used vehicle. The option of leasing a new vehicle was brought to my attention and I was very hesitant to even listen because that is something that I was never able to understand as it was never explained in layman's terms. Matt did exactly that, with honesty and knowledge, and I was immediately SOLD!! He was even able to help with the information as to how to transfer my license to PA as I have just relocated from Florida. The entire process from choosing a vehicle and all of the finance paperwork was very quick and painless. All of the staff was very friendly. They even have an area that my children were able to enjoy during this process, which is greatly appreciated!! I have told everyone who asked about "MY NEW CAR" about this dealership! I will definitely be a repeat customer and do look forward to working with them again in the future! More
My driver's side mirror was vandalized with missing mirror glass and protruding wires. I called North Hills Toyota service and scheduled an appointment for repair. I was not asked to bring the vehicle mirror glass and protruding wires. I called North Hills Toyota service and scheduled an appointment for repair. I was not asked to bring the vehicle for inspection prior to the appointment. The glass was replaced at a cost of $406.77. The service advisor did not communicate or document that any further damage to was detected. Immediately thereafter, I noticed that the mirror shook continuously. I found a crack in the plastic attachment connecting the housing to the door. I returned to have the mirror inspected and I was told the entire mirror and housing needed to be replaced at a cost of over $720. This included the mirror glass which had already been replaced. I returned to speak to Timothy Gortz, the Parts & Service Director. He inspected the mirror and agreed that it needed to be replaced. I asked why I would need to pay for a new glass for the mirror again when the mirror attachment damage should have been detected at the initial visit. He said that nothing could be done except to contact my insurance company to see if it would cover the cost. The service dept never advised me to bring in the vehicle prior to having the mirror glass ordered or even installed. They then neglected to detect the damage to the plastic attachment which necessitated complete replacement of the housing at the time of the initial appointment. I described this as “negligent” and Mr. Gortz had the audacity to suggest that I look up “negligent” in the dictionary. At this time I am facing a cost of $720 cost plus labor in addition to the initial $406.77 for the glass not to mention the increase in my insurance rates. I suggest that Mr. Gortz look up the word “service” in the dictionary. It is clear that this Toyota service center does not value its customers. More

Will, Steve, and Don were very friendly and helpful. They took their time to answer all our questions and did not rush us even though the dealership got very busy that night. Even though the deal was done before I noticed a couple issues with the car, Will quickly took care of it and made it right. I was pleasantly surprised at his obvious concern that I was completely satisfied. I will recommend both the dealership and Will to anyone I know looking to buy a car. More
When I rated the quality of work, it was based on the paperwork preparation and the condition of the car when I picked it up. Both, were very good. So, that brought Matt's friendliness rating as a 5 and Ric's as a 3 to an average of 4. As we all know, there is "play money" when purchasing a car. Overall, I think the dealership and I came up with a fair deal and that's why the 4 was rated. If I would ave walked away with a great price, Matt wouldn't have been doing his job. I understand that the dealership needs to make money and I need to be happy with my purchase. I think we accmplished that and Matt was very professional about it. I loved doing business with him. More

After traveling quite a distance just to look at the car we saw on the internet, and the one that I really wanted, we were greeted by very friendly people at the front door. Not knowing what to expect and being from out of town, were were not familiar with the area, so as requested, our test drive was on a "not so busy" road way. Bruce knew exactly where to go so we would be comfortable with the test drive. The car we were interested in was extremely clean and was exactly what we were looking for. The price was exceptional and we felt that the trip was well worth it. It took longer than we expected to close the deal, but they were gracious to offer us lunch. I have already recommended them to friends and will continue to do so. We are extremely happy with our purchase. More
