A great experience! Roger Thompson was our saleperson. He walked with us and took his time showing us any vehicle that caught our eyes. Two of my closest friend were converted to Toyotas a few years ago and swear on their performance. It was a hard decision for me to look at Toyotas. Roger was patient with me and answered all my questions. I tested 4 different trucks in his lot including one in the showroom. Roger walked me thru the maintenance area and all the people were nice and answered a couple questions I had. I asked Roger to throw some step rails on the truck as an incentive. He went and talked to his manager then went to the maintenance area and came back and told me he will do it but they had to be ordered. I bought the truck. Came back a few days later and they put them on and shaked my hand and thanked me for my business. I'm very impressed with the maintenance . Roger didn't pressure us at all. I'm really impressed as I was expecting a high pressure sales but that didn't happen. Roger did everything her could to make the experience comfortable and low stress. We really love our new Toyota Tundra 4x4. Its a smooth ride and quiet engine. Ask for Roger. He really appreciates his customers. A few years down the road, our kids will be gone from our home. We will be coming back to North Georgia Toyota for a car just for myself and my wife. Thanks Roger and North Georgia Toyota for a pleasant sales experience. More

I have owned 4 Toyota's, and these people were the best I've ever dealt with. On March 22, 2017, I bought a truck from North Ga Toyota. It wasn't the truck I wanted, it didn't have a few options I thought was on it. I took the truck back, and we discussed what options I thought I had. They said their goal was to completely please me. Mr. Greg Epps found the truck I wanted. Two days later, I had it. I thank Mr. Epps and everyone for saying "Oh, Yes we can!" and working with everyone to get the truck with the options I wanted, for the best price. I recommend them to my family and friends, and look forward to doing more business with North Georgia Toyota. They made us feel like family by hitting the ball of our expectations-OUTTA THE PARK! Rog and the team treated me like family North Georgia Toyota had the most friendly staff you could have wished for! Being a young woman, car lots are a bit tricky and for whatever reason, I North Georgia Toyota had the most friendly staff you could have wished for! Being a young woman, car lots are a bit tricky and for whatever reason, I seem to always attract the weird ones. However! With that being said, I can finally say that I was approached by a genuine, respectable human being, it was honestly amazing. We women can smell "agenda" and "annoying" from a mile away and Rog had no intention to sell me short with car sales man antics. I was impressed by his concern for my needs and treated me like family; and more than that, he bent over backwards (without hassling me or being obnoxious!) to make sure I felt that my needs were being met and not his. I left the lot without a car, shook his hand and said thank you. He politely said, yes 'mam, well if you need anything call. Then about three hours I went back again, he assisted me again with poise and grace. I left yet again, which I did not feel as if he was pushing the deal, he just let me 'graze'. Because of his ability to "work with me" I decided to go back the next day a little later in the afternoon and I felt that I (emphasis on the I) made the choice to buy not them. His attitude was consistent and because he did not push me, I was able to be confident and happy with the decision I have made. They made the paper work incredibly easy for me and I was on my way that afternoon with a beautiful crossover SUV. Thank you Rog and the team for being such a great group of people and making this experience a great one!! Will recommend everyone!!!! Thumbs up, five stars, high fives... whatever you like. :) More
