Stress-free, new car buying experience I purchased a '17 Tacoma from North Georgia Toyota (Dalton). There were 2 other Toyota dealerships much closer to my home, yet I chose to drive 45 mi I purchased a '17 Tacoma from North Georgia Toyota (Dalton). There were 2 other Toyota dealerships much closer to my home, yet I chose to drive 45 minutes further because: (1) No pressure/hassle. I received the perfect amount of attention from Keith Williams. He gave me the space & time I needed to browse the selection of vehicles, yet was attentive and ready to answer all questions when I was ready. (2) Responsive. Keith always responded in a timely manner to each of my phone calls or emails answering any questions I had. Each department I dealt with delivered exceptional service. We'll be returning to North Georgia Toyota to work with Keith again when my wife is ready to purchase her next vehicle. More

I appreciate the knowledge and caring of all staff that we dealt with. I went to look at a new 2016 Graphite Gray & bought the 2017 Pearl White 4WD Limited in the showroom. Just what I was looking for. A beautiful vehicle!!! It had leather, navigation, moon/sun roof, premium sound system, 4WD, running boards- all the features I was looking for and more!!!. I know great customer service!!! We were treated with respect and all staff answered all the questions. that we had. It had been many years since we had bought a vehicle. Other vehicles are 2002 models. It has been a true pleasure dealing with the staff at North Georgia Toyota. I plan to do all service and maintenance there also. Kudos to a job well done!!! I would describe myself as the nightmare customer. I trust no one. But when I find someone I can trust I will go no where else. I will always go back to North GA Toyota. It took multiple back and forth e-mails with other dealers to even get close to the the first offer I received from North GA Toyota. Talking to other dealers was truly a waste of time. I cannot say enough good things about these guys. I even spoke with one of their mechanics about some questions I had. These guys really know their stuff. The whole team is very top notch. If you are about to purchase a new car from someone else you owe it to your self to at least call North GA Toyota and ask to speak with Jake or Tony. A one minute phone call could save you thousands.
