The Search is Over! I had been shopping for a car for over a year without much luck. I knew I wanted to buy a used car but couldn't seem to find what I really wanted. I I had been shopping for a car for over a year without much luck. I knew I wanted to buy a used car but couldn't seem to find what I really wanted. I started checking out what was listed online and found a Toyota Venza (which I have always liked but hard to find because they aren't made any more) at North Georgia Toyota. I immediately called about it and went to see it that night. They had it ready for me to look at and test drive along with the car's history. I had finally found the right car! Mark and Roger made buying my car a very easy and pleasant experience. They were friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable about my decision to buy. The price was right and the car was in great shape. I am very happy with my purchase and buying experience. More

I happened to see on the show room floor a vehicle I had never seen before. I asked about the vehicle and was told it was a 2018 C-HR. So while my oil was being changed I took it for a test drive and fell in love with it. I came back and told Keith that I loved it, and being an outdoors enthusiast, it has roof racks for a kayak. With the help of Toyota and Keith I got it! Better financing and a great deal! I feel Blessed beyond measure! Keith is hands down the best sales man I have ever encountered!! Thank you Toyota and thank you Keith! More

Dissapointed I just bought a 2010 Mazda 3 from North Georgia Toyota two weeks ago. The first time I test drove the car, we had Alex Salaices show us the Mazda, and I just bought a 2010 Mazda 3 from North Georgia Toyota two weeks ago. The first time I test drove the car, we had Alex Salaices show us the Mazda, and he was really kind to us and after dealing with some not so friendly car sales people at other dealerships, he made us want to do business here. The car was perfect for us, except for a loud wubbing noise near the back. We told him that we couldn't purchase the car just then, but we would come back in a few days and that we wanted them to take a look at it and fix whatever the sound Iwas. Alex told us that he would let the mechanics know and that it should be fixed soon. The next time we came back, we were disappointed to find out that it was still making the same noise. Alex was not there that day, so we talked to Rodger Thompson about it. We asked him if it could be fixed, but he told us that there was nothing that needed to be done, and that it was just going to make a noise, nothing to be worried about. We asked if they would be willing to take some money off the price just in case something was wrong that would need fixed in the future, but they said that the car was fine and that they had installed so many new things that the price couldn't be budged. After a bit, Rodger brought in one of their mechanics who told us that he had personally had worked on the Mazda, and that it was perfectly safe and sound, and that all we were hearing was the tires in the back. He said that someone had gone over a bump too hard so they were cupped, but safe, and all was well. We wanted to believe this, and we wanted this car, so we went ahead and made the purchase. In hindsight we should have taken it to be looked at by a different mechanic for a second opinion, so that part is on us. You should always have a different party take a look under the hood before you buy a car, but we thought we could trust the mechanics here, which was a mistake on our part. Also, and his is minor compared to everything else, but when I got home I realized that the batteries on both of the key fobs to the car were dead. I ended up having to replace the batteries myself. I had made the assumption that they surely would have checked them out before I left, so I figured they would be fine. Partly my mistake, but disappointing all the same A week after we got the car, we went to get the oil changed at Valvoleen, and they told us that some of the belts were severely cracked and would snap soon. They even said that it wasn't a repair they make, but they wanted to make sure we got it fixed because it was unsafe. This is how I know they weren't just trying to make a buck off of us. We then took it to Tire Discounters because we were told all that needed to be replaced to make that noise go away was the back tires, and we wanted to get the belts looked at as well. Turns out that the breaks had been installed incorrectly, and were missing parts (they are a really great business and did not charge us to fix this), and the shocks were leaking, which is what caused the tire cupping. The transmission fluid also smelt burnt and had to be changed. We ended up sinking and extra $1000 bucks to repair the car. Most of these things should have been fixed at the dealership before they sold the car to us. We would have been willing to pay a little more for the car if these repairs had already been done. We just wanted something safe! My mother called to the manager to tell them about her experience. She just wanted him to listen and be compassionate, she didn't want anything from them; she wanted to tell them that it was upsetting that we were told that the car was safe, when it was absolutely not, and that we felt lied to. He didn't want to listen and was just defensive about the whole thing. He acted like he was irritated that she even called. He told her that the places we took it to didn't know what they were talking about and were probably just trying to screw us over for money, (which is far from the truth) and that his mechanics are the only ones we should trust (which I find questionable seeing as the breaks were installed incorrectly). He also said that we didn't give them a chance to fix it, but in reality we asked them to look at it twice before we bought it. Rodger told us the second time we asked, that they wouldn't do anything more to it because it was fine. I love this car, I am happy I have it, but I just feel like this dealership really let us down. We walked out of there hoping that we found a great, honest place with kind people that we could come back to and recommend to everyone, but found out that this is not the case. More
