Buyers.....Be Aware! This dealership sells cars that should not be sold to the public. They are the epitome of a sleezy used car dealership. Bought a 2011 BMW 3 months ago This dealership sells cars that should not be sold to the public. They are the epitome of a sleezy used car dealership. Bought a 2011 BMW 3 months ago. Within the first few weeks, the engine light came on, took car back- they keept saying their mechanic out, come back. Tried to use the warranty they sold me, it wasn't worth the paper it was printed on! Tried to call, they keep us on hold for 30-40 minutes. Took the car back, employees were RUDE and called the cops! Police show up, heard us out and were very professional. Found out the police are called to that dealership OFTEN! Don't buy anything from these people. They are dishonest and dont stand by their product or the warranty they sell. Lastly, they may be pushing shady paperwork, I put $3k down but their paperwork showed I paid $7k down. Is this illegal? Are there any class act suits against these people? More
They are fraudulent They sold my brother in law an F-350 and the truck had 203,000 thousand miles but they put 199,000 miles on the warranty. So when the truck broke down They sold my brother in law an F-350 and the truck had 203,000 thousand miles but they put 199,000 miles on the warranty. So when the truck broke down it wasn’t honored. It was a 6,000 mile warranty. That’s illegal. Its an internal warranty company so they own it, and that’s why they refuse to honor warranties . They super booked the value of the truck so they could charge more money, and get approved for a bigger loan. They take a base model and include a bunch of features that the car doesn’t have so the bank approves them for a bigger loan, thats what they did with his truck. that’s bank fraud. They need to be reported to the FTC because that’s a Federal crime. They will be reported.l by us. My brother In law is out $4,500 on the down payment and it won’t run. It’s about about $3,000’ to fix the truck and now he can’t work because he does remodeling and doesn’t have a car for all his tools. My sister and her husband are struggling financially because of these crooked people. They refuse to return his down payment or fix his car. Contacted the bank and reported that they super booked the car. We have spoken to several attorneys on this matter. Stay away from them , they are selling lemons, if you want a lemon please go to the Super Market and get one. It will be a lot cheaper. More

Fraudulant pricing & unsafe vehicles Living a little over 100 miles away, we put in an application on line. Several emails sent with no reply. Several attempts to call which a majority of Living a little over 100 miles away, we put in an application on line. Several emails sent with no reply. Several attempts to call which a majority of the calls not answered, only ring ring. However two calls were answered. First one was put on hold, after 20 minute hold tried to recall. The second was more interesting as there seem to be nothing on the salesman part. Asked for the manager but was told in a "meeting". Due to location unable to properly test drive leading to several front end issues discovery on way home. Had to put into shop and $1700+ later finally have it safe for the road. Also the truck listed thru carguru for $18999 but financed for $21000. They said the former was the "cash price" although no where was that stated in their advertisement. Further research shows this is a common occurrence with this business. Also the GAP coverage was not needed but included & the $799 "Dealer Service Fee" was for a simple wash/detail. More
Play with my money and I'll play with your license Purchased a 2013 Honda Odyssey back in December of 2018. Til this very moment I've yet to receive a title to register the vehicle. Called every week f Purchased a 2013 Honda Odyssey back in December of 2018. Til this very moment I've yet to receive a title to register the vehicle. Called every week from the end of January inquiring on my title. Each week I was given the same excuse "its coming from Texas". Finally made contact with the finance company who told me the dealership forfeited their 90 day window to produce title to finance company and the deal was cancelled. I went to the dealership Saturday February 23, 2019 and they mentioned they'd swap me out with the vehicle of my choice and get me riding. My wife and our kids stayed there from 12 noon until 5:45 test driving and finding the next best vehicle. As expected it was a hidden agenda they'd offered us to keep our current vehicle that had an expired tag and no title and just register it in my wife name... ILLEGAL...or they'd get me finance through another company and put more money down outside of the 4500.00 down. We were overwhelmed and irritated by the entire day I explained to them I'd come back Monday and think about it over the weekend. Monday February 25,2019 I went the dealership at 10:00 to drop the vehicle off and retrieve my down payment of 4500.00 and of course "the owner wasn't there and wouldn't be in until after 1:00". Mind you I live in Peachtree City which is about an hour on a good day. I left and came home to grab my kids off the bus and went back to the dealership. The first clown (excuse me) guy which is the owners brother became outraged saying "you've had the car since December so we'd have to deduct the value lost in it" and I reminded him this deal was done under the circumstances of you producing a title for it. He walked off and his brother the owner entered and decided to negotiate how much of the downpayment would I consider taking back. He refused my payment and continued to negotiate other options. At this point my only option is GIVE ME MY MONEY. He lied and said he needed to contact the finance company and it could take up to 10 days. I've already contacted the Secretary of State, Gwinnett County Courts, BBB and the registered agent/attorney. Please save yourself the time and hustle of playing with them. More

I was a bit iffy about purchasing from here at first but thank God i did. Irene sold me the car and she is so amazing! She was super helpful and made the process very easy and quick. The car is in great condition and you can’t even tell that it is used and it drives amazing! Very smooth driving and acceleration and the interior is perfect. They have amazing customer service. My remote battery was low and the message kept popping up s I informed Irene and she told me to come by and replaced it for free THEN even gave me $40 for gas for the inconvenience. I am amazed! More

The vehicle that was in my possession for 50 minutes was towed back to North Georgia Auto Brockers a week ago cause it was not road worthy and over heated along with a list of problems. Since my phone calls haven’t been answered! Irene finally answered today and suggested I call back in 2 hours to speak to the owner SAM. Will call back to talk to SAM and will gladly be posting my conversation. The truck is yours SAM do the right thing! Send me my $7500 back!!!!! More
Thieves! Be very cautious and DO NOT buy here! HORRIBLE Experience! We have been so disappointed, and we cannot get any response from the owners. We have been extremely polite. Called, left message HORRIBLE Experience! We have been so disappointed, and we cannot get any response from the owners. We have been extremely polite. Called, left messages, and even sent a letter expressing our concerns/frustrations. I would highly recommend no one ever shop for a car here. The quality of the vehicles is horrendous and they are sneaky about how they cover it up. We are dissatisfied because the vehicle (listed above) contained numerous safety and integrity related issues. including but not limited to; · $500 – Both of the wheels on the driver’s side, as well as the wheel on the front passenger side, were each missing (1) lug nut. The rear wheel on the passenger side was missing (2) lug nuts and had a broken Lug nut stud. This is a serious safety issue that should have been part of an overall quality inspection before selling the vehicle. The absent lug nuts and the broken stud were concealed behind hubcaps which require careful removal with a flat edged tool. After immediate mechanical intervention was required, prompted by the violent wobbling of the rear passenger tire, which in turn caused the entire vehicle to shake and shift, the aforementioned issues came to light. Had this needed repair not unfolded as it did, the tire would have eventually separated from the vehicle, and (without hyperbole) could have resulted in grievous bodily harm or death. · $700 – The brake pads were so severely worn down, that they had been systematically cutting into, and irreparably damaging the rotors which then had to be replaced. Curiously, during the test drive there were no ‘squeaks’, squeals, nor ‘scrubbing’ sounds that typically occur when the friction material has been depleted and metal meets metal. It has been posited by (2) expert mechanics and (1) engineer, that a simple application of grease, could in fact be used to temporarily mute such sounds and mask the underlying issue. · $675 – The passenger side headlight had been replaced with halogen unit instead of OEM CID unit and the corresponding computerized components. This was not disclosed on any materials presented, and has caused aesthetic and safety issues. Including the secure fastening of the front bumper (see next item). The entire Headlamp unit was replaced with a properly fitted OEM CID unit (used). · $775 – The front bumper was protruding from the vehicle and was not even attached beneath the passenger side headlight. This was due to the use of an ill-fitted, non-OEM replacement unit. In conjunction with pre-sale prior damage to said bumper, it could not be reattached to the energy absorber and the impact bar, and had to be replaced for the purposes of safety compliance. - $822 - The wheel bearing hub assembly (2) front and (2) back were completely rusted out, and had to be replaced, for reasons of safety. I will pause here to reiterate that this vehicle is a meager 4 years old (2012). · $80 (after subtracting the $50 cash stipend issued by Marietta Motors for glove box repair). None of the electrical charging ports/outlets, nor the AUX input were in working order, and had to be repaired. (the appropriate and corresponding fuses all passed testing). · License plate light bulbs were missing! This is illegal in the state of Georgia. Bulbs were harvested from other vehicles by staff on the lot at your location in Snellville. While traveling on an interstate highway on the evening of Feb 10th 2018, the tread on one of the tires separated and a gash in the sidewall subsequently manifested. In all likelihood, due to the previously absent lug nuts; broken Lug nut stud; and resulting uneven wearing of the tire. This resulted in an additional $800 emergency replacement of all tires the following day. We realize tires are a consumable, and therefore are fully our responsibility. However, this brings our current out-of-pocket expenditure (primarily to address safety issues), to just over $4,300 in just the past 4 months. More
Stay away from this dealership I posted a warning about North Georgia Auto Brokers in Snellville Georgia two months after I bought my Ford diesel pickup truck from them. This dealer I posted a warning about North Georgia Auto Brokers in Snellville Georgia two months after I bought my Ford diesel pickup truck from them. This dealership charge me over $1,000 for an extended warranty and never produced it. After numerous text and calls to the dealership I finally decided to take them to court. UPDATE. Several months later I get a call from the owner of the dealership stating that he had been out of the country and that's why it never got settled. He agreed to make things right with me if I would remove the negative post about his dealership, well I did and of course with their standard operating procedures the owner did not hold up his end of the deal. The salesman even told me if I would slap him $100 he would make sure that anything I found wrong with the truck on the test drive would be fixed, well he got $100 and they did not fix my truck and that's after taking it back to them from North Georgia to Snellville three different times and running a car while they kept it. I ended up taking it to a shop and spending $550 to get it fixed. I really hope this keep somebody else from going to that dealership and getting ripped off. More
