Deserves zero stars. This place is run by crooks, selling cars with major mechanical problems and then absolving themselves of any responsibility. The dealer had done some band-aid type prior repair and then insisted I use the limited warranty for repairs. Got towed to repair shop and have already spent thousands of dollars on repairs as they were not covered by the meager warranty they provided. Bought car in June 2020 and as of March 2021 the car is still not drivable. BUYER BEWARE. More

I just bought a 2012 Range Rover from salesman Amir, he was a pleasant person to seal the deal! He gave his word to correct any issues I had prior to making the purchased. Review update!! I worked with another owner Acrim, who was complete opposite of Ehab. Acrim tried everything in his power to fix the deal, and make us happy. rip off if i can give an zero i would. I signed my contract on May 21, 2020, and was not able to take my vehicle home. The truck had belt problems, electrical if i can give an zero i would. The truck had belt problems, electrical problems and no seat-belts. i received a call last week and was told to come pick up my vehicle. out of the whole month and a half the only thing fixed was the driver seat-belts. when the problems were brought to their attention Peter stated you dont need seat belts. if im not mistaking the law says i do... and when asked about the repairs the owner Ehab states he will give a discount on the repairs but he will not lose money paying for the vehicle to get fixed. i have not even drove the vehicle for one day. he is refusing to refund my deposit or help fix the vehicle. every time i call no one knows whats going on. hes very rude, and nasty. After taking it back on numerous occasions the issue is still ongoing! They own a mechanic shop but unfortunately they have no clue on what they are doing. To add insult to injury, they charged us money and the issue is still not fixed! They portray themselves as caring people, talk the talk, but we saw quickly that they are liars. On several occasions when I called they didn't answer, I felt they were avoiding me, so I called from a different number and they picked up! These people are scammers! Don't spend your money here! Worst mistake ever financing a car here! More

I was promised by my salesman that the vehicle was in great shape and I had it delivered to me from Georgia to North Carolina. I was assured that the paperwork was sent , but it has not been . All I want is to register my vehicle!.Something that could have been such an enjoyable purchase, turned out to be the worst, most expensive, stressful, financial bloodbath I've ever had. And it's not over yet. Months later, no title or license plate! What a shame :( UPDATE- Finally received contact from dealership today. Tracking number supposedly reappeared and title work could not be completed due to an insurance error. Information being sent to me to complete the title transfer myself? It would be nice if there is some truth in this. More

We purchased a truck from them on Feb 2019 a day or two later we heard water moving around an our raido stopped working so they said they would fix it. They took my entire trunk apart did not put it back together and said they would order an amp for it. They order a control module for it Wich put my entire car on lock down I told them remove it asap and just get the amp as promised. They said they would call me when it arrives a month later no call they lied an said it's on its way. They blantly knew that I've been fighting Brest an colon cancer. The past month an knew I was in treatments every time I would call to check on my amp they would tell me it was on its way in between that they sent me to there stereo guy an said get an estimate they will take care of the rest we got an estimate brought it back to them online if the jerks scanned it into his phone an said they will call us back we heard nothing. this went on for close to 5 mos until now. I called again they started to play this game like they did not know who we where I re sent the invoice that they lost and then they started to xxxxx an tell at me saying it was to late when they were the ones stalling me out then they had the nerve to alledgly curse me out in Egyptian and hang up in my face. If this dealership is reading this god dose not like ugly and karma will most likely be on y'all when a class action law suit is fieled. Also I purchased a warranty an over priced from these jerks an they still not trying to fix my stuff. More
