After going to several other dealers I was very happy to land at North End after it had been recommended to me by friends who are longtime customers of North End. I worked with Justin in sales, then Tom for land at North End after it had been recommended to me by friends who are longtime customers of North End. I worked with Justin in sales, then Tom for financing. (I didn't meet anyone else). Justin was totally comfortable to work with. No pressure; no hype. Just helpful, informative, patient, straightforward, really a pleasure. Ditto for Tom. And I got a great Crosstrek I expect to be happy with for a long time! I don't live anywhere near Lunenburg but it was well worth the trek!I wholeheartedly recommend them. More
