Ken Burrows was helpful and flexible. At no point did he pressure or hurry us. We felt he was straight with us every step of the way. Rhandy contacted me through my inquiry to the Costco buying program and was very helpful with information that my husband and I could use to complete our decision to buy a Ford Edge. Rhandy when we finally were able to get into North County Ford to speak with Rhandy he was already busy with another customer and asked Jesus to help us while he finished up. Jesus was very helpful and friendly and we were made aware that Rhandy was checking in on us & our experience as much as possible and made a suggestion that about leasing that was very helpful to us in the end. When we finished up with the lease paperwork Rhandy was available to help us get started with some of the many features that our new car had. He even helped program the bluetooth feature for my phone so that it was available immediately. Mostly car buying has been a time consuming ordeal and this experiance with Rhandy & Jesus and the rest of the staff at North County Ford was a throughly enjoyable experience. More
This salesman was able to find the car I had requested, color, 4 wheel drive, hitch and interior color. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly, the price was very good and Ford Credit carried the color, 4 wheel drive, hitch and interior color. Ken was great and worked dillegently to get us the best price, rate and the car we wanted. Never got my name right after 5 attempts when scheduling an appointment. When I showed up the next day my "service" manager was too busy to deal with me. The service area was a complete mess, disorganized, an appointment. When I showed up the next day my "service" manager was too busy to deal with me. The service area was a complete mess, disorganized, no one in charge, no one monitoring what was going on, people standing around outside in the rain looking for service people. I finally tracked someone down who acted like I was bothering him. When I asked what was going on, why was it such a mess, the service person said they were "overloaded" the last couple of days. Then why are you scheduling appointments when you can't handle the work? More

Everyone in the service area were very friendly and I was offered assistance as soon as I walked in. I have recently been to another dealership for service, and I waited over 15 min for someone to even gree offered assistance as soon as I walked in. The service area is clean and everyone from parts to service seems to be willing to help. More
Regular Full service for my ranger work truck.
