Every time I take my Tucson in for service I am met at the door by one of the service people. They do the service on my vehicle quickly. Radio deletes everything and has to be reloaded and the instrument display goes black and then comes back on and it includes the radio display you never know when you will have a lighted control panel or a instrument display goes black and then comes back on and it includes the radio display you never know when you will have a lighted control panel or a blackout and this has been happening since I got the car and the radio keeps canceling everything including phones that are loaded and changing the clock time and I was told it has to act up while I’m at service. I should’ve went ahead and went to the other dealership for my car. Since I’m just told I have 5 years or 60 thousand mile warranty to cover the issue but I’m not happy that I have to drive part of the time with a blackout control. Panel! The service people have been nice but it doesn’t change the frustration to have to keep programming the radio and not knowing when I will have a lighted control panel. Josh said he would research and see if there was a recall on the issue! More

I purchased a 2025 Santa Fe at Norman Hyundai. My salesperson was great, but not able to be there when I took delivery of the vehicle…that process was horrible. First off, the vehicle was not clea My salesperson was great, but not able to be there when I took delivery of the vehicle…that process was horrible. First off, the vehicle was not cleaned prior to delivery…the outside was washed, but the inside was not cleaned…dashboard had new car dust and lint all over it…inside door panels had fingerprint oils on them…front door mats were dirty…just wasn’t clean the way a brand new vehicle should be. I’ve purchased six brand new vehicles in my lifetime, and this one was the dirtiest ever delivered to me. My biggest issue was that no one took the time to show me the basics of operating the car…gave me the key fob and that was it…no instruction on how to start the vehicle, what all the safety features are (a lot which are on by default and can distract a new owner). I sat in the vehicle on the lot for almost 45 minutes before I felt comfortable driving away (FYI…saw the same thing the first day I walked on their lot…the person I was parked next to just purchased a Santa Fe, and told me she was trying to figure out how to operate the vehicle before leaving.).
