My family financed & traded a car and by the next morning, I returned it due to my income not matching what the new finance company had on their end (in my welcome call). It was different than what I morning, I returned it due to my income not matching what the new finance company had on their end (in my welcome call). It was different than what I put on my application by $3,500. The finance company and I agreed to not continue with the contract. Thankfully I got my trade back an hour after that call, and the contract with the dealer was voided. It then took me 2 1/2 weeks to get my down payment back in a check (since I paid cash) with multiple calls, email, and voicemail left bc it was originally suppose to be a few days. More

Took car in for a check engine light. Code came up as P0400. They said they’d never seen it before and needed an engineer to come fix it but didn’t know when one would be available. Almost like an online scam they advertise a car for a price online we go in and say this is what we can afford they bring a car around it's in our price range we set there all day then by the time it's d price online we go in and say this is what we can afford they bring a car around it's in our price range we set there all day then by the time it's done is the dollar difference then they try to start explaining away all these fees a $4,000 up charge because of inventory shortage 2500 because we don't have a trade although we were are putting $15,000 cash down these things are not our problem we're not going to pay $10,000 above MSRP because they want to add the charges and fees if they don't fix this when we get there today I'll be reporting it to the better Business bureau and anybody I can we are heading there today with a $15,000 check and they're going to rework the deal I talked to a salesman Monday and he said the deal would be reworked MSRP is the price of manufacturer suggest they sell it for so they pay less than that the car was listed for $24,995 at the end of the paperwork they were trying to charge us $34,000 and I called other dealerships and they said they would get us out the door for 24,000 995 on the same car plus docking fee nothing else More
