Carlos left while I was getting the oil change. They gave me no updates about my multi point inspection. Charged for my tire rotation (it was always included with oil changes) No follow up about th They gave me no updates about my multi point inspection. Charged for my tire rotation (it was always included with oil changes) No follow up about the stabilizer link I paid $500 to replace. Also didn’t even fix/replace the tire pressure sensor (which was main complaint). Then when I called to tell them the sensor light was still on. They told me to just bring my car back and they’ll take a look at it( so they never looked at it before). Carlos said the batteries might need to be changed in the sensor. Then when I called parts to ask how much the batteries cost. They said that’s not even a thing and that I would need to replace the sensors. More

I lost 2 of my 4 hub cap covers by Monday after my Saturday service. I tried to call to see if there was anything that can be done and was given the run around and no one bothered to call back after m Saturday service. I can’t remember the last time there wasn’t something else wrong with my car every time I go in. I feel like I’m taken advantage of every time I’m there. Never want you service dependent to touch my tires again if they can’t put the caps back on right. More
