When I called in I was told I could come into the dealership to get a temp plate because my plate has expired and the new plat is still not in. After coming into the dealer they told Me they couldn’ dealership to get a temp plate because my plate has expired and the new plat is still not in. After coming into the dealer they told Me they couldn’t give me a temp plate because the person that can pic it up has been sick and if I get a ticket they will pay it. This makes absolutely no sense. Now I’m still riding around with an expired plate and no timeframe on When my plate will be in. This is so unprofessional! Not only did my husband take off work to drive 35mins to get the plate, but when he got there they had nothing for him. When we called the day before and they told us we had to come in.
