I have been coming to this shop for over 2 years now because I was hoping I could trust this dealership. When I first came, it seemed good, but as time went by, I was seeing a lot of “recommendations” t because I was hoping I could trust this dealership. When I first came, it seemed good, but as time went by, I was seeing a lot of “recommendations” that “needed” to be fixed or it could hurt my car in the long run. I went with the recommendations but I noticed when I come one time and told a problem, even if it’s not fixed, they will mention a different set of “problems” the next time. It’s always something major and something that costs a lot of money. I even brought my car in on 2 separate occasions to be fully inspected so I can get the “actual” issues in order to take care of them at one time. I was also willing to keep me car there for as long as they needed. Each time I got it some, something “new” would be a problem and they would want $169 to do ANOTHER diagnostic, yet, it should have been done the other times. Bottom line, I took it to another mechanic and they hooked up my car and saw nothing that Honda said was a problem. He said my car was actually in really good condition and I elected to do a regular maintenance suggestion (spark plugs). Honda wanted to charge me $414 for that service alone but with all the other “maintenance” they suggested, it would have cost me $1931 with supplies being $75, parts being $443 and labor being $1306. I saved so much time, money and aggravation when I went to this other shop. The complete price for my spark plugs and labor was $185. I normally stay VERY loyal to Honda (owned Hondas since 1999) and go to them for maintenance, but it’s lacking honesty and integrity just to turn a profit, which is hurting their clients. Instead of doing legit business at an affordable price and keeping a steady clientele, they force us to go elsewhere and they will lose their business permanently. Had another great service experience. My Honda had a recall and they called me to schedule the appointment. I took the car in early to drop it off. Tommy Litmixay was very friendly and courteous however I also had the tires rotated but wasn’t informed that the charge didn’t include balancing which I thought was very odd.
