In January they took off splash shield to change oil and did not replace it. At this oil change tried to get me to buy new one and pay for installation. Previously they did a bad job if replacing cabin air did not replace it. At this oil change tried to get me to buy new one and pay for installation. Every time I use this service center I have to return for problems. The only thing that made me eating thus center as a 3 instead of a 1 was the nice service advisor, Kellar. Doubt I will use thus center fir the service items that are soon due to be done. More
