My first service at this dealership was disappointing because the mechanic failed to clean up all the old oil he had drained out. I found drops of old oil on my garage floor the next 2 mornings after the because the mechanic failed to clean up all the old oil he had drained out. I found drops of old oil on my garage floor the next 2 mornings after the oil change. Had to return to the dealership 3 days later for a recleaning. Wasted gas and time, about 90 minutes, 20 miles round trip. I do NOT recall the service advisor Angel Flores ever said "Sorry" for the trouble. Nor did he offer a cup of coffee or a bottle of water while I was waiting for the re-cleaning. Wrote an email to the GM Richard Lennard in detail. He has not replied after 3 days. I don't think he cares. One star raging is more than fair per my personal experience. More
