I showed up thirty minutes before my scheduled appointment, and there was already a line- a first I have seen. While I was in line, a service advisor quickly checked me in. They also got me a comp appointment, and there was already a line- a first I have seen. While I was in line, a service advisor quickly checked me in. They also got me a complimentary Uber ride. Overall, customer service was great. However, the service itself is questionable in my opinion. The service department quoted me for a whole lot of maintenance jobs but did not even bother to notice the TPMS light that was on. I get it that they are not responsible for airing out the tires but they obviously missed something very simple that can reflect with the quality of work. More
